I have a 2012 Audi A-6 automobile and have done all my service of this vehicle at the dealership, McGrath Audi of Morton Grove, Illinois. I have always been pleased with the thoroughness of the inspections of and the excellent work done on my car. If I cannot wait for the service to be completed, I can obtain a loaner car and have done so in the past. The loaner car is a new 2015 Audi A-6, which has the extra benefit of allowing you to experience how a new version of your car performs and to see any changes that may have been made in the auto since you purchased your vehicle. Audi Morton Grove is a very large facility with a huge lot for new cars to see and purchase. The service department is very spacious. There are several lounges in which you can wait. There is even a lounge with desks where you can do some paper work while you wait. Coffee and muffins are available. Your service advisor comes to you periodically with an update on the progress being made in servicing your car and when your car is expected to be ready for you to drive home. Your car always receives a wash job and is returned to you in better condition than it was when you came in. You can trust Audi Morton Grove to provide professional, quality service with courteous, friendly service personnel to assist you. Audi Morton Grove has everything you can think of in a first class Audi dealership, Audi Morton Grove is a dealership you will enjoy coming back to visit for service on your automobile. Ahhh mc Garth Audi! You would think being an Audi dealership they would have a reputation to uphold and a exceptional buying experience. Having bought 8 cars in my life this was the worst buying experience ever. If you want to drop your hard earned money on a car that was supposedly in 135 point inspection and walk away only to find out the car needs $5k in repairs you've come to the right place. Where to begin. I went into Audi to look at a used BMW with 6k miles on it. At first everything was going great. I was back in the lobby waiting for an appraisal on my trade in. While waiting and negotiating with the salesman on a fair price me and my wife sat through and listened to a verbal cursing match between our salesman Gene and the finance manager. Every swear word in the book was used. After a good 15 min of this unprofessionalism the salesman apparently walked out of the dealership resigning. 2 min later comes back and apologizes about what happened acting as thought it was no big deal. Since it was already past 930 I just wanted to get the deal over with take the car and leave. We finally agreed on a price and I was able to leave the dealership. You would think we've experience the worst of it and I would never have to look back or deal with them again.... Wrong. I immediately scheduled a maintenance appointment with my local BMW dealership(within the first week I had the car) to get oil change/tire rotation/fix parking break that was loose. After a week at BMW I get a call from them stating the car had been in a severe off road accident that caused extensive damage to bottom of the vehicle with bent heat shields / plastics zip tied together to keep them away from moving parts and the worst part was that the loose hand break was due to a poor mechanic repair job that could have cause the rear tires to lock up at anytime while driving(clean car fax btw with no accident). They deemed the car undrivable and Audi let me take it off the lot with the supposed 135 point inspection performed. $5k worth of work!!!! and what happened when I called Audi? Claimed they had no idea. Wouldn't take car back either. They sold me a death trap to drive my family around in. Great job McGrath Audi! For the first week they asked me to get a quote from BMW with all the parts needed and estimates but once they sow the number they claimed that there mechanic didn't see anything while they had the car (covering his ass) and it wasn't in the budget. (Hoping the law suit I'm filling will be) I hope everyone reading this is careful with any car they buy from them. New car you probably have nothing to worry about except for crappy customer service. If it's a used car though don't believe anything they say about an inspection and ask to take the car yourself to a shop for that. Unless you are in the market for a death trap for you and loved ones. Last time I step foot into any McGrath dealership. Wish they had the option for 0 stars cause 1 is giving them too much credit

One of best places to buy Audi. Called almost every dealer within 300 miles to get good deal. They beat the best deal I got. Walked in talk to RENY sales guy he is the best. Very honest so is the sales manager. They are down to earth and honest people. Took about 5 hours to buy the car. Brand new a6. Drove out of the dealership and car stopped working on the highway so took taxi back to the dealership. Sales manager paid for the taxi and gave me another a6. Took 13 hours to buy the car but it was worth it. I trade cars every year and these guys are the best and most helping I have ever meet. I'll be back in few month RENY FYI this is Ashish.

It do like coming to this location. People are great and service is good. They are also very accommodating. I had my car taken in and Leni assisted me. He was very polite and had everything all set for and easy drop. They only issue I had is that my car too over 1 day to be looked at and I did not have a loaner and was stuck. I was given one at the end of the day, but at that point it was too late. I wish they could have called me earlier in the day so I could have planned for my day better. Besides that it will continue to purchase for Audi. I love my car

BE AWARE!!! this dealership are cheaters... I bought a brand new A8L after the deal was made we sat In this room to finalize all the paperwork.. And then there's a guy who try his best to persuade you to buy additional warranty and promises you a bunch of garbage... Now when it's time to use the warranty you find out that you got ripped off and it wasn't covered.. And you kept on making monthly payments.. I hate this dealership.. And just now my car is at the dealership and we called to find out if it's ready and washed.. And they said yes and guess what the car was not ready or washed.. This place has serious management issues..

I waited an hour to get a test drive mostly driven by the fact the team could not find the keys for the car... there was not a line of customers waiting. Post the test drive, I said I was interested in purchasing a car and the salesperson who rode with me said he did not have time to talk to me. I had two adult men who know about cars with me, so any sense of gender bias was not evident. I then told him I would pay cash for the car that day and he did not change his behavior... so I left. I spoke to the leader at the Acura dealership down the road (owned by same company as the Audi dealership), told him of my experience and bought a car from him that day. McGrath Acura in Morton Grove has been a great option for me.

I bought my daughter a used car there. Shortly after she got a little chip in her windshield which was covered by their 1 yr warranty. I called our salesperson and he said he would schedule her an appointment and he would call me back. He never did so i emailed him the next day. He then said he scheduled an appointment for her that friday. My daughter called service that friday for the time and it was never scheduled. Frustrated my wife called him and he never returned her call. We waited 2 weeks and realized our salesperson had no intention of calling us an we scheduled the appointment online. When my daughter showed up the window tech was not there and she waited almost 2 hours to get the tiny chip filled. Our salesperson, after the sale, treated my family like we didn't matter. Not sure if it was because it was after the sale and treating us respect no longer mattered, or it was because we did not spend $50,000 on a car. Either way i don't think my family should be treated like we were an inconvenience to our salesperson.

I wish there was an option to give 0 ratings . Poor customer service, rude manager who doesn't know how to value customers . I gave my car for detailing and forgot my Ray Ban sunglasses in the car . When I got my car back there were no glasses. I called so many times to inquire about it and got the same response every time that "we will check and get back to you tomorrow " but never got a call back from them. After trying for 1.5 weeks I went to the Audi Morton grove location to talk to the manager . Eric ,the manger, offered me 50 bucks gift card . Since when do you get Ray Bans for 50 bucks .When I told him the price he started playing his employee trust card as if I making this stuff up . Super pissed and terrible experience I had at this location.
