I have to update my review after I went back with a few issues to get checked out. Randy Scarbro was my service consultant and he was very courteous getting me into a loaner car and calling me frequently with updates on the status of the repairs. I had a ride along with one of the techs, and I forgot his name but he was great too, pinpointing the areas of concern I had. This is a professional dealership that cares about their clients, and if there is any issue, they make it right for you. I'm very happy with the level of service Randy and his team gave me.

One Nov 23th, my 2010 Audi A4 displays "oil pressure too low" when car is idle, I brought my car here, after "inspection" they told me oil pressure sending units broken which needs to replace. I trust them and pay for that. However, this problem is still there. I had to bring the car back to them and after "inspection" they told me the oil pump is broken and need to replace. They even didn't drop the oil pan and check if the oil pick up screen has blockage or measure the rod bearing clearance(this is the common sense to find out the problem). They just assumed the oil pump has problem!!! And tell it should be changed and tell me which needs $3000 in total. It is ridiculous and I cannot believe this is a authorized audi service station. Just tell me replace the parts without real inspection. Don't put your car here if you care about your car and your time.

I was hesitant to purchase a used car in the Chicago area. However, the Audi dealership had what I was looking for so I checked it out. I could not have been happier with the experience. The car was all it was advertised to be and the staff were very professional. Reny in particular provided excellent service both at the time and as a followup. He had the car detailed and filled the tank as I was completing the paper work. He also contacted the prior owner and sent me the spare key - a $300 value.

I have a 2012 Audi A-6 automobile and have done all my service of this vehicle at the dealership, McGrath Audi of Morton Grove, Illinois. I have always been pleased with the thoroughness of the inspections of and the excellent work done on my car. If I cannot wait for the service to be completed, I can obtain a loaner car and have done so in the past. The loaner car is a new 2015 Audi A-6, which has the extra benefit of allowing you to experience how a new version of your car performs and to see any changes that may have been made in the auto since you purchased your vehicle. Audi Morton Grove is a very large facility with a huge lot for new cars to see and purchase. The service department is very spacious. There are several lounges in which you can wait. There is even a lounge with desks where you can do some paper work while you wait. Coffee and muffins are available. Your service advisor comes to you periodically with an update on the progress being made in servicing your car and when your car is expected to be ready for you to drive home. Your car always receives a wash job and is returned to you in better condition than it was when you came in. You can trust Audi Morton Grove to provide professional, quality service with courteous, friendly service personnel to assist you. Audi Morton Grove has everything you can think of in a first class Audi dealership, Audi Morton Grove is a dealership you will enjoy coming back to visit for service on your automobile. I have bought many cars in my life; when my BMW lease expired I decided to give Audi a try. Went to a couple of the other Audi dealers and was not given the answers I wanted; it almost turned me away from the brand; however, I decided to give Audi Morton Grove a try. Wow! What a difference, this group really has it together. I was treated fairly, I was given all the information in a timely manner, and they made the buying experience friendly and easy. The staff is professional and the management is top notch. I love my Audi and loved working with this dealer. If you are looking for an Audi, go see this guys, well worth your time.

The worst experience ever. I asked a simple question and the sales guy(Reny Benyamin) behaved like I own him something. I heard a lecture how important they are in a master tone. In the explanation other car manufacturers like Toyota and Honda were severely offended together with me. And all that coming from a person who brings you the keys for the car, so you can try it. I can't wait for the moment this obsolete job position is replaced with simple software. Car price should be straight and clear as everything else. Surely can see Toyota buying Audi and makes it work - this old style dominant behavior over your customers died already, and some transformation will happen(look who is buying who :) and it is not Porsche or Audi buying WV)

Went there for oil change and my remote control was not working (my Audi is under full warranty). I was told that the remote control needed to have a battery replaced and for a bargain price of $12 they can do it right now, no installation cost. Seriously???? The battery costs $0.50 or less, and when a similar situation happened at Highland Park Audi they just replaced it for free no questions asked. Doubt I will be going there again!

I recently purchase a vehicle at McGrath Audi. It was the biggest mistake I ever made. A certified pre-owned 2015 a4 that has headlights that I realize two days after purchase that looks 10 years old. I had buyer's remorse and was determine to return the vehicle when I was told I can swap with another vehicle's headlights. After two weeks of no return phone calls, I finally got a call from a general manager after I put a bad review. Again was told of a swap and now was canceled once again. I don't trust this place one bit. I looked at Fletcher Jones that had a similar vehicle but different color its price was lower and had no problem with the way the head lights look. I will definitely make the drive to other dealership if ever my vehicle needs maintenance because McGraph Audi cannot be trusted...
