I had the distinct pleasure to bring my 1 year old Mazda 6 into the service department today for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall repair. From the moment I opened up my car door I was approached by a very friendly and professional service writer ( Courtney ). She was very thorough and assuring. She gave me an estimate of completion and directed me to the waiting area. The customer lounge was clean and comfortable. I was there for about 2 hrs and everyone couldn't have been more courteous. Courtney delivered the car almost to the minute of the time she had estimated. She explained what had been done and once again could not have been more professional. I will definitely visit their service department in the future

LYING SLIMEBALLS, DO NOT GO HERE! I had an offer on a new car from Bob Penkhus in CO springs and Lakewood said they had a vehicle and would match. I had in email the exact price offer and VIN number for the vehicle at each dealer. Lakewood was closer so we went there. We got there, they said hello and wanted the proof of offer to match, which I gave them. About 15 minutes later he said he was going to get the car. Another 15 minutes of waiting and he came back with no car and said he couldn't find the keys. Another 5-10 minutes and he came and said we were going to look at the car in another lot. He took us to another lot and, of course, the vehicle I wanted was not even there. They had other ones with more options they wanted me to get (which I did NOT want). He took us back to the dealership and talked to the guy behind the desk for another 10 minutes then came and told us that the vehicle I wanted was on a truck "somewhere" and when it would get in, the price would change from what we agreed on. They were obviously lying and playing me. So they wasted over an hour stalling me. We called Bob Penkhus to make sure everything was still good and went there. They had the car and paperwork waiting and I was out of there with my new vehicle in less than an hour. NEVER go to mazda of lakewood!

I was happy with this dealership in the beginning when I got my new 2016 CX5 in the color that I wanted back in June, however the finance department needs some work. My original contract that I signed was done incorrectly and made my payment go up which I was not happy with to say the least. I have not yet received any paper work from the company that is financing my vehicle so that I can make a payment. I have called the past three days twice a day and was assured by Jerry the finance manager that he would give me a call back with the information he doesn't even remember which bank was used, it is Sunday now which they are closed with no call back this is getting really frustrating to say the least. I should have received some sort of paperwork from the finance bank or at least a payment book. I have bought new cars before and it has never taken this long. I let them talk me into leasing this vehicle to keep my payments low and I am new to leasing however I should have went with my gut instinct and just bought it. Also the person that referred me still has not received there hundred dollar referral payment. I gave them a high rating a few months ago but have changed my mind since.

Brett was more professional than any other dealer we have ever worked with. He was timely and did not waste our time with trivial conversation. He was extremely informative and answered all our questions clearly. He explained all paperwork and was detailed where it counted. He will go far.

I had a nice time at Mazda of Lakewood. I went there to see about my possible options for buying a new or used car. They were very informative and helpful. Kay was my primary sales associate. She was very nice, professional and courteous. Brett was also helpful in articulating my circumstances to the higher ups. I had another gentleman helping me out, but I didn’t catch his name, but also very nice. Even though I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them today, I would highly recommend them, and will go back when circumstances permit. The experience was pleasant in comparison to other dealerships I have been to in the pas,t. Also, I learned that Mazda offers free oil changes for life on their new cars!

We were contacted over the phone within minutes of placing an inquiry online. Each staff member of Mazda of Lakewood we came in contact with was helpful and not pushing for sales or extra services. Brett Thedford took care of us for most of the process and was not only knowledgeable and effective but he went the extra mile, almost literally, across their vast lot to find us the new model we didn't even think we were looking for! The pricing and financing delighted us - thanks to Eddie Colin's willingness to make it happen - he respected that we wanted to sleep on it but we knew we wanted that car at that price and we drove it off the lot the day after - I think we spent less than 5 hours total over two days to close the deal. I hope this is not an exception and that all new car purchase stories are at least similar to ours. Go Zoom Zoom Brett!

Not polite and honest. Couple of days ago I went there to buy a car; they offered me a car which I liked it, but I wasn't sure about its price and cost. When I came back home, I thought and searched about the car, and I found out it's not affordable for me to buy that car and; but I was too busy to call them back and say I don't want it. Today Dan (Sales Consultant), that was really nice to us while introducing the car, called me and asked me about my decision; I told him I have found a car, more fit to my budget and taste, but at this time he hung up on me the phone! I thought it can't be on purpose, because there is problem with my phone. When I called back to say thank you and good bye, he picked up the phone, and told me I thought you don't wanna buy the car, so I can't help you anymore! So I had a really bad feeling before writing this review. But I am happy know which I'm not going back there never ever and I didn't buy the car. The person who treats you like a trash when he becomes sure you're not buying his car, can't be an honest and reliable business partner.
