I received this from Tim over the weekend but was out of town so I finally sat down this morning over breakfast to give it a quick read. Freaking AWESOME!

If you are looking for something unique and different than the typical 'explore a dungeon' adventure for your gaming group, take a look at this offering from Tim. Very neat, different, and 100% a challenge to your players. Devils, hags, 'things', diseases, undead, and players need to figure out a way to deal with these without simply swinging a sword.

+Inkwell Ideas has come up with another great Kickstarter! If you have seen the encounter decks I helped out on a few years ago they are creating new decks: Creature Ecologies, NPCs and a Deck of Adventures!

I will be providing some of the maps for the Adventure Deck and from the samples I have seen thus far, these decks are going to be a great addition to any GM's toolbox.
Inkwell Ideas is raising funds for RPG Card Decks: NPCs, Creature Ecologies, Adventures on Kickstarter! We're creating RPG card decks: one with a mini-adventure on each card, a deck of NPCs & a deck of ecology info creature cards.

My beloved city of Bethmoora. That ain't water boys, that's a bottomless pit.
The city of Bethmoora and I have had a checked past. I had originally thought of her years ago and given her another name. I did a little bit of work on her before I moved on to other things. I even ran a few game sessions set in her. Then I totally forgot about her. Last fall I picked her up again, fleshed her out some and came up with her new name. I even did up a one shot mini-zine and sent it out to a few unlucky folks. Well, I have ste...

Has anyone taken the time to convert the Swords & Wizardry Complete book into a file formatted for digest size printing? At 144 pages it is a large task but not an impossible one and I know the Frog God guys have stated repeatedly they have no plans to offer a smaller form factor than the classic sized book.

Anyway, I thought I would ask.

BBQ is good, ok on price but be aware that there is no seating. Sauces are good but their idea of hot leaves me wondering if they ever had hot sauce anywhere else. Slaw is ok but bland, beans are very smokey in flavor. Cash or check only, no credit or debit card.

Always delicious, lots of flavors (some very unique), clean, and a friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Visited this place in Jan 2015. It appears to be a quaint cafe style restaurant with some flair for micro-brewery beers. They have a good number on tap and have a very good selection of beers available. The food is different, I say that because the menu was strange to me. It wants to be a micro-beer pub but at the same time have a hipster menu to draw in the upper crust. The food was good but nothing spectacular with a focus on unique burgers. My family of four ate there and it was $71 before the tip. Not exactly a cafe priced place though the portions were more than enough. Their BBQ pulled pork was excellent. You could probably share a meal if you wanted. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We went on a Saturday evening and did not wait for a seat though it was very busy. I think if they focused more on traditional pub style food with perhaps some local favorites, lowered their prices slightly and focused more on the micro-brews, they could probably become a staple of the Clarksville downtown.

Nothing to special about this place, OK burritos, a little expensive $30 for for of us to eat. I would just have eaten at a Chipotles.
