I'm the founder of Sustainly an information consultancy specialising in sustainability marketing and communication. We develop case studies and research for companies, brands and agencies to help their communication strategies. Each year we publish the Social Media Sustainability Index.
I also run the editorial consultancy, Custom Communication, that produces a range of writing services for major companies including: PwC. Nike, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, P&G among others.
I'm the co-author of #FAIL: The 50 Greatest Social Media Screw-Ups, author of Oil: Anatomy of an Industry and co-author of The Gastrokid Cookbook.
As a journalist I have written for the likes of Time, the New York Times, The Atlantic Monthly, National Geographic, Travel & Leisure, Golf, Slate and The Big Money. I was a senior editor at the Industry Standard and the Village Voice.
I teach digital media publishing at Cardiff University.
