I was just on the air with Prady and Tom from The Campus Elite, the guys behind College Success Radio (http://ow.ly/XnbZr). The interview starts with the early days, running my first business and the various hustles that followed. They asked about my mindset, how I manage my time, and had me share some thoughts on dating and social life.

It was a fun show and I highly recommend their content on fitness and success, which you can find online and through the podcasts.

I just dropped some thoughts on living healthy, still hot off the press. http://www.mattlevene.com/blog/most-important-thing-to-improve-your-health

I outline a mindset I use to simplify the challenge of making healthy choices. This is my first attempt to put some writing out there, so it would be great to get your comments below the article.
It was a September night in San Francisco and more than a hundred young, curious and ambitious minds were crammed into a makeshift startup office. I was at the front of the room with two others to talk about all things biohacking. I talked about my experiments with rapid strength gain, physique transformations, and expanding willpower. In addition to creative nutrition and supplement hacks, the two other people on the panel went into ...

The SV Business Journal thought Ohmconnect had one of the most "intriguing" pitches at 500 Startups Demo Day. → http://goo.gl/8oGzXj
Miss Demo Day? We saved you the time, selecting the best of the first batch of new businesses out of 500 Startups' new San Francisco location.

French tech site, L'Atelier, thinks Ohmconnect is pretty cool. I guess we need to go to Europe.

Pando Daily published an article about Ohmconnect. Our business model may be the one that unlocks value in cleantech.

I had a great experience here. I stayed long enough to have one-on-one time with the baristas there as well as see the café fill up with happy customers. The company is owned by a family that has been around since the start of coffee production in the region. They care deeply about the process and the final product. I can vouch for all of their coffees, their teas, as well as the strawberry smoothie (can you tell I enjoyed hanging out with them??). Their teas are especially interesting because one tea uses the flower of the coffee plant and another uses the leaves—you don't see this kind of tea very often. I also had their civet/luwak coffee, which was great. I had been waiting a long time to try this with a company that had respectable practices. The people here are friendly, beautiful and fun. Combine that with a great view of the mountains and it's like a dream.

Secret Garden was my favorite dining experience in Lovina and perhaps all of Bali. It is intentionally small and intimate, which allows for attentive service and high quality food. I highly the recommend the avocado juice/smoothie for a surprisingly good treat you may have never tried. The ambience is great for conversation and it the setting is beautiful, tucked away from the busy streets. The owner is incredibly kind and caring. I would visit again without hesitation.
