So, here it goes. This method of losing weight is proven to have worked millions of times. If you find yourself without steady and consistent RESULTS, there are two possible reasons; you have a medical condition or your numbers are not adding up.
Let's analyze the whole weight loss process. In this example, we are using a body composition that uses 1800 calories as a BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate is the number of calories required to keep your body functioning at rest). This individual is strict on counting calories and they NEVER consume more than 1500 calories per day. Better RESULTS if done with IF (Intermittent Fasting). This person also works out 3 times a week at a moderate rate, which relates conservatively to about 500 calories per workout days. The other 4 days, this individual doesn't workout. Look at the graphic attached to see how you will be at a caloric deficit of roughly 3600 calories per week, which relates to about 1 lbs.
Notice if you get off your eating pattern or your workout pattern, you WILL NOT lose the weight.
Losing weight is not easy, but we all can do it. Own your RESULTS or Own your EXCUSES, you decide. I hope this helps.
