Is there a process for returning/replacing a faulty watch received from Google IO? My Samsung Gear Live (after being left unused for some time) is entirely dead and won't charge on AC or via any USB. Can I get it replaced and, if so, how?
I have the same problem with both Google I/O watches. I had a good experience getting the Moto 360 replaced. (I don't remember how I started the process, but once I started it, the process went pretty smoothly through Google Play.) But when I got the second Moto 360, it's battery life wasn't much better than the first. Now neither of the watches (the Moto 360 or the Samsung Gear Live) can hold a charge long enough for me to wear it for a whole day. I'm thinking about calling them again but I'm not sure how many times I'll have to get replacements.
