Google Consumer Surveys accomplishes what we’ve known we should be doing but had neither the resources nor motivation to pursue. Google has disintermediated all of us.

There were only 8 employees at the time it was acquired.

If the entire Market Research industry had GPS tracking/tagging of photos it might be worth more.

Good find: "Google Consumer Surveys accomplishes what we’ve known we should be doing but had neither the resources nor motivation to pursue".

+Matt Cutts thanks Matt, I'm speaking at a market research industry event later this month about Google Consumer Surveys as an example of both research and premium publishing being gamified, leading to the commoditization of basic quantitative research. I've used my company's technology to surface the best research and most relevant expertise as I write my talk. Hope you're well!
