Mandalay Bay is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at, never again!! Every single call over 3 days to guest services resulted in zero service & was later told there was NO RECORD of any calls to guest services. Promised fridge for medication immediately upon arrival for 3 days, never received & $200 worth medication spoiled & degraded. I couldn't keep the medication in an ice bucket because it wouldn't fit and I couldn't have ice melting on it. This resulted in increased pain and major discomfort over the entire stay. I couldn't take part in a lot of the wedding plans for the weekend I was supposed to be a part of because I was in so much pain. Over 3 days no issues were ever resolved, room never got cold enough from day 1 & housekeeping never brought towels, couldn't get ready for wedding. Had to go all way to Delano to shower in friend's room & walk all way back to Mandalay room to get ready, then all way to chapel, was late for wedding. Every person tried to talk to & resolve problems was rude. Still haven't received deposit back for room & has been a week since we left, will be contacting Better Business Bureau and Attorney General if Mandalay Bay doesn't make up for everything they royally screwed up.
