If google did not require me to give a star prior to reviewing I would have given this dump no stars. The so called manager is a rude bitch with syphillis on her lip. When I called twice she kept saying "well I will just refund your money and you can find another place to stay" when I arrived I said from the looks of this place its a dump. Again she told me to leave her hotel and refunded my money. This place is not on the beach at all. The entire hotel is dirty inside and out. Please do not let the website fool you. We found a way better hotel for the same price directly on the beach. If you have any sense bypass this hotel when searching.

Me and a friend stayed at this hotel during Art Basel in Miami. I must say the room was very small for two people. However, the room was very clean and staff were nice. I couldn't understand the maids due to many of them only speaking Spanish. For the most part it was a pretty good experience, the hotel was close to the beach and we were in walking distance to many of the clubs. This is a perfect hotel to stay in if you plan on being out for most of your vacation.

It was the worst experience, the staff seemed unexperienced and the service was not the best. The rooms are way to small. Not everything works and the door locks don't lock very well. Not a kids friendly place to stay at. Not to mention the sheets and the blankets dirty, only one entrance door. An elevator that takes forever or just doesn't work, at this place you can't even tell the difference. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

The food was mediocre or worse and the "2 for 1" drink deal involves some fine print.

The location was great. The rooms were small not only is there a small resort fee, there is also a $150 hold on your card plus full cost of room when you arrive to check in.There is no resort to the hotel, the hotel called allowing you to use their towels part of the resort fee which was around $42. The hotel had outrageous prices on their food & drink but I guess that's expected. Other than that the hotel was clean, but the window to our bathroom out looked a bunch of black trash bags in a bin. This room is not worth going to unless your just going for location & maybe if your trying to have a great location on a budget.

Don't be fooled by their restaurant's "deals" . The 2 for 1 drink specials are $20 a drink so you really pay for both. And it's absolutely disappointing to have terrible seafood in such close proximity to the Atlantic.

Be smart and stary away from the restaurant. (Ocean 7) They are very good at tricking tourist. Getting your attention with half off drinks and food but they dont give you the price before they get you a table. They ripped you off!! We shared a plate of paella and two drinks but remember they are buy one get one free and our check was almost $200.00.
