WORSE HOSPITAL EVER!!! Took my mother in law to emergency at 1:30pm, 2 shifts of people, 16 hours in the waiting room (5am in the morning) we left with no answers. We were told the doctor will see you soon but he never did.

NO STARS! Almost killed me misdiagnosing a twisted intestine for simple constipation - no xray, sent me on my way home with the advice to use a fleet enema. The next day I was almost dead and barely made it to another hospital where major surgery had to be performed, in hospital almost a month recovering. Because of the delay caused by this hospital I had major complications which still affect me now. Hospital denied any wrongdoing.

If I could give this institution zero stars I would since they LOVE to harass people for donations , especially ones (like myself) who do not live in that area. Even after repeated calls and telling them to put me on their do not call lists, they still call and harass. Would be nice to see that so called "Hospital" go up in flames, with only the ones who do the harassing for donation in the building at the time

This is the worst hospital in Ontario ! The nurses and surgeons are horribly rude and don't care about patients .. I went to the hospital because my cyst ruptured on my ovary which caused so much pain , not even tyneol, advil and torodol worked for me which is why I went to hospital ! They automatically assumed I'm a drug seeker because I asked for stronger medications to take home , they refused and started being rude to me , talking over me and interrupting me... I am still in pain and they didn't help me with anything but IV...WHILE I WAS THERE.... I waited 4 hours to see a doctor and spent 12 hours in the hospital in agony , I was sent home in pain.. AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANY ONE , NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY .... the only nurse that was nice to me and took care of me was Simon in the emergency department , other than that that's about it! The rest of the nurses were unprofessional , the surgeons I'll never let them touch me or go under the knife with them , they're rude and assume stuff... nobody knows the pain I feel but because I asked for a prescription they denied me....

Worst hospital I've ever experienced. Waited over 3 hours with a bleeding finger and face from dog bites. The doctor (Dr. Ping Fu) saw me, very rushed, and walked out without telling me or any of the nurses what to do next..said he would clean the finger bite up and bandage it. I sat there bleeding (it started up again when he took the bandage off) for over 10 minutes before we had to ask a nurse to come look at it. I was directed to yet another waiting room without being looked at, and they didn't take the time to stitch it up and treat it properly. When getting a 2nd opinion today (cut was still bleeding), the doctor said that 3-5 stitches could have been put in, but the window of opportunity was missed after the initial 24 hours and he put me on a diffetent type of pain killer to avoid the negative side effects from T3s that Dr. Fu prescribed. One of the triage nurses was very ignorant and rude when I asked about an estimated waiting time. I understand that this might not be top priority, but she shouldn't have spoken to me so rudely. The doctor (Dr. Ping Fu) should have taken the time to completely treat my injuries.

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of communication and incompetence. Imagine two physicians and nursing staff telling an older man who suffers from dementia to bring in his wife's medical information and refuses to get information from other family members or patient's current medical caregivers. How dare you tell patient's families that you have no time to discuss their loved ones conditions. That is your JOB!!!!! The board of directors are being contacted. Our family will be investigating this hospital and it's inept staff. Why don't you respond with the hospital ombudsman's direct phone number.

This hospital is the place to go if you wish to be treated not as a human being but rather as a piece of garbage on the floor. The nurses in the ER are far too young and immature to be working in such an environment as they are always far too busy brushing their hair, hiding on their cellular devices, and even gossiping about patients while there are 50 people stuffed in a room all suffering requiring assistance. The doctors have the attitudes of high school teenagers and simply cannot answer questions without losing their temper in one way or another. I was just in this hospital for appendicitis and am currently still recovering at home now. After waiting over 8 hours from being diagnosed with appendicitis, I finally got in to a room and was told my surgery would be in an hour due to the severity of it. Long story short, even after speaking with hospital management we waiting 6 more hours from when I got in the room and I had the surgery in the middle of the night. Recovery was poorly handled, and I was rushed out of there even with two signs of infection. The surgeon Dr. Sarah J. Ortega released me with severe swelling in my abdomen and a fever, and assured me multiple times that it was normal. I was rushed home that morning with severe pain and had to return to the hospital that same night in a ambulance due to my fever and swelling increasing. I was in extreme pain even with two strong painkillers and this was all apparently normal to the surgeon. I waited 6 and a half hours for an x-ray and some simple blood work and left with the antibiotics I required from the start. Even if the situation is dire, please do not go to this hospital you and your loved ones will truly regret it.

Very poor service, extremely long wait times. My mother had to leave for another hospital because she couldn't take the stomach pain anymore. Staff are extremely inconsiderate.
