Last week, Lynn University held its 11th annual fashion show, “Fashion Inferno”.

The show featured five different scenes, each showcasing a different aspect from Dante’s novel, Inferno. Every aspect of the production, from lighting and set design to promotion and guest services, was completely created by Lynn University students in the College of Business and Management’s fashion and retail program.

Learn all about the journey of Lynn Fashion Management students when preparing the real-world experience.

Twelve Lynn students, two professors and a member from technical support are currently visiting Dublin, Ireland as part of an exchange program with American College Dublin. The students are performing the play, "Almost, Maine" inside Oscar Wilde’s home and at the Dublin Theatre Smock Alley. The show, a romantic comedy written by John Cariani, will be performed twice during the students’ trip, and then again when they return to Lynn.

“This is an opportunity that few students have,” says drama professor Adam Simpson. “Our commitment to study abroad and our relationship with American College Dublin has given us the opportunity to showcase our talent with the world.”

Last week,  Lynn University dedicated the new Bobby Campbell Stadium. The stadium makes it possible for Lynn to add men’s lacrosse to its roster of sports. The donors who made this project possible were in attendance for the event.

We greatly appreciate the contributions of Robert (“Bobby”) Campbell, the lead donor, (who provided $1.2 million). As well as an anonymous donor who donated $1 million toward the naming of Malfitano Field in honor of Senior Vice President Gregory Malfitano.
