WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

To whom it may concern this is what I am posting on Facebook every day poor customer service
I purchased a washer and dryer from Lowes less than a year ago I also purchase their extended warranty on the washer and dryer less than a year my dryer has failed, I purchased the top of the line washer and dryer that lowes offered $4,500 cash no credit card no check I even paid them to have it delivered to my home. because it failed less then a year I called them they scheduled a service person to come out and look at the dryer he said he had to order a part it would take 5 days to get since I was going out of town it was no big deal when I got back seven days later I had no phone call from Lowes no phone call from the service center I have since made 4 phone calls to the service center with no reply back I have called Lowes cust service numerous times they said all the could due is keep trying to reach service center and leaving massages, because I was under manufacture warranty till tomorrow then Lowes warranty kicks in. I mention to Customer Care at Lowes if they would please go ahead and arrange another service center to come take care of us since the one they set up was not replying to them they said they would be happy to do that it would take another 5 days to get an appointment I asked if they would expedite the appointment given the circumstances their customer care supervisor said no they can't and I would just have to wait this is the worst customer service I've ever seen I have my own business 25 employees and over 3000 customers if I provided this kind of service to my customers I wouldn't have any there you have it. my advise is to not buy appliance from Lowes you wont be happy after you paid for it.
I also called Lowes cooperate office which obviously they don't care the sent me back to customer care.
so finnaly repair person came out spent 3 hours trying to repair then said he couldnt get fan off motor so he is taking back to his shop to try or he will have to cut off no eta at this time says he will give us a call omg really
so i got home to this when I got home last night

Its been 5 MORE days now since my dryer was taken apart and left in my dinning room J&M Services who Lowes sent out to fix our Samsung dryer that failed in less then a year has left us no update or called us now we are going on 4 weeks since we contacted Lowes to have our dryer repaired. and still it sits in the house taken apart the worst service continues
I feel I should post this every day on Facebook to my customers and personal friends and update on how its handled till the matter is done or longer.
