You may have heard about the Mediterranean Cookbook that is being compiled by American University of Beirut (AUB) Alumni from all over the world and that is slated to be completed by June 2016, in time to commemorate AUB’s 150th anniversary.

Your participation and support for this very worthy cause, means a lot to AUB and to me personally, as an avid food lover!

The cookbook will not only feature ethnic recipes from countries around the Mediterranean basin, but it will also include Nutritional data for each recipe.

You can learn more about this project and how to submit a recipe using the Recipe Submission Form by clicking on the link below

Recipes will be accepted from AUB Alumni and friends of AUB from all over the world. Just remember that the theme is Mediterranean cuisine. I encourage you to submit a recipe that is easy to make, unusual, or even common but with an unusual twist, and of course delicious!!!

Feel free to share and let any interested friends know about the Cookbook in case they would like to contribute recipes as well.  The submission deadline is March 16, 2015, so PLEASE HURRY!!!

Contact me if you have any questions! I am happy to walk you through the process.
