The cookbook will not only feature ethnic recipes from countries around the Mediterranean basin, but it will also include Nutritional data for each recipe.

Recipes will be accepted from AUB Alumni and friends of AUB from all over the world. Just remember that the theme is Mediterranean cuisine. I encourage you to submit a recipe that is easy to make, unusual, or even common but with an unusual twist, and of course delicious!!!
Feel free to share and let any interested friends know about the Cookbook in case they would like to contribute recipes as well. The submission deadline is March 16, 2015, so PLEASE HURRY!!!
