Got some heavy lifting to do? Let FORTIS get that for you! Our lightweight exoskeleton – which enhances strength and endurance to make the operation of heavy tools feel as if they were weightless – hit the floor for a live demo at the 2016 USA Science and Engineering Festival. http://lmt.co/2679Cej

Take a closer look at some of the cool innovations you might not know about that are helping us to stay aware of space and our own planet.

Six Months to Launch. We recently completed reverberant acoustic testing of NOAA's GOES-R weather satellite. The test involves putting the satellite in a large chamber where it is subjected to very loud sound and pressure similar to what it will experience in the nose-cone of the rocket during launch. The acoustics test ensures that satellite can handle the extreme environment of a launch and perform as expected during its mission. http://lmt.co/1SaR7hK
