The parcel had left Tokyo on 20th Feb by air, and it never arrived until I sent the post offices few emails, gave them a call, mentioned their big name in tweets, posted on their Facebook page...
They still said the item wasn't able to be checked as long as it hadn't arrived in Norway, even with a tracking number, and I asked:
What's the point to have a tracking number then?
They just kept asking me to inquire the Japan Post... meanwhile I told them please put oneself in else's shoes, and the customer service is not "copy and paste" the answer from FAQ.
I assumed the parcel actually was being left and forgotten somewhere at the storage, and please have a look that's what I suggested.
Well.. they informed me nothing was there at 5:40 pm today and finally I saw the parcel had arrived in Oslo at 6:47 pm according to the tracing record... is't it funny?
Today is 17th March! It took nearly a month!!
The postal service in Norway just made me so stressful. Ah...
