I think it would be wise to seek signs of life in the center of the galaxy. There are many worlds crowded and some are perhaps transmitting radio signals. Of course, the black hole at the center of the galaxy is eating stars and worlds, so it emits a lot of energy. Many static can be captured in that direction.
Lisa, I think I know who are actually the pulsar. I think the energy that emit jets are not fully subject to the pulsar. Do you understand what I mean? ...
