why can I get no one to answer the phone to cancel my account. I have been on hold for over an hour, and no one will assist me when I have been able to speak to someone before this call? Are you trying to stop people from cancelling their accounts? I can no longer afford this fee and I want to cancel my account. Why is there no one answering the phone for that option? Why is there no option to cancel on the website?
