Amplio catálogo de libros en existencia. Muy buen servicio cuando no tienen el libro que buscas y te lo piden.

A nice book store , clean well laid out and some intresting books however not a nice experience sometimes. I went in to reserve a book the women sitting on the reservation point who served me was miserable and rude through out the dealing and to make matters worse when I asked her whether the store was open every day after placing the reservation she just turned and struck up a conversation with her pal as if I was not there .Her more polite and helpful standing (over the two) co-worker had to answer the enquiry. What a rude women lots of unemployed people who could do a much better job than her and be more cortious when dealing with the public I'm sure and considiring I have worked in customers services myself I'm almost certain of this. The business can feel proud since the ill manners of this staff member have motivated me to locate the same publication online and pay more or less the same price without the stress of rude service and not giving the company my trade by buying an expensive book and not paying to sustain this women in her job . Whats more she wrote the reservation ticket and attached as a stick on lable to this book like a child at work usually when you press down a pen on to a book and write it leaves some slight markings , the better thing would have to put the ticket in the book. So I would not have been happy coming back and them taking the ticket off a week later and finding markings on the book. On some side notes I have been in before and the same women asked me what I wanted(again in an unplesent agresive manner ) when I was just browsing , I agree with another reviewer who says more or less , the staff make you feel like scum and that you are under suspicion very supirising that people working in a bookshop have that kind of manner. Considering that books are supposed to open the mind you'd think people manning a bookshop would be inviting of people whom enter and providing an inviting environment for people to expand their mind and buy their stuff. instead an ambiance of insualr attitude ,with a mode that is self entitled judgmental and rude. Maybe other co workers of this women are not like that but she left a bad impression for her store is all I can state from my experiance. Thankfuly there is always Amazon these days.
