Recently, I purchased a Lexus RX350 from your establishment. There has been a couple issues with the vehicle, one from your dealership (broken taillight) and one of my own making. I cannot express enough how much I feel about my experience and my words are not said lightly.
Working with Nikki Leper has been one of the best purchasing experience thus far in my life. Not only is she friendly, kind, and full of energy, Nikki has redefined the job description of a sales person to me.
I brought the broken taillight to Nikki's attention and she immediately worked on making sure it was scheduled to be fixed. After owning the car for 5 days, my husband backed into a sign and broke the bumper. I called Nikki because I was at a loss, she quickly gave me body shop information and explained my options. Please keep in mind, I was not my best self during that moment, it did not affect Nikki, she assisted me and got me exactly what I needed with a great expression to make me feel better about the situation.
Communication is so important, and I purchased the vehicle from your dealership because of her and her response to every question prior to the purchase. I had no idea that it would continue after the purchase was complete. Unfortunately for future sales professionals, they will have a lot to live up to my eyes.
