Excellent shopping experience with Ryan Schatteman! Took us several months to find the GX460 with the colors/specs I wanted, but he kept in touch with me as he searched and offered options, which was not my experience with the Lexus dealer closer to my home. The day of the purchase was hectic, but Ryan was organized and got us out the door with almost every detail covered. We drove 1.5 hrs to get our vehicle, but it was worth it to get such great service!

We are on our third lease with Lexus River Center; just entering into our latest this month. Highly recommend our salesperson Dave Ritchie. Also I have dealt with Lisa Bernstein (GM) periodically over the years -- always a positive experience. She will get involved as necessary and puts the customer first. I would have given 5 stars, but it not for an issue on our last lease with the service department on a warranty repair that I had to escalate to the Service Department Manager to get it resolved after three trips. But the Service Department Manager recognized the problem and got it resolved. We are fortunate in that we have other competitive dealerships that we could do business with because of spending winter down south. But we stay with River Center. This is a quality dealership - and I highly recommend it.

My experience with buying a used 1.5 year old Toyota at Lexus Rivercenter Pros: - Modern, state of the art dealership - Good customer service up to and including the signing of the sales agreement - Shuttle from CVG airport to dealership during vehicle pick up process Cons: - Used vehicle was not as described in the ad; Navigation system was not present, there was a dent in one of the doors, and little rust spots which the dealership later attempted to remove by means of a clay bar treatment. - When we ran into some titling issues, I escalated to the General Manager, Lisa Bernstein, but she did not return my call. - After the agreement was signed, I found that quite a few of my emails went unanswered, and felt that the level of customer care diminished. - During initial test drive, I asked for the car battery terminal to be cleaned of the green oxide deposit. It turns out that this was never done, and left me stranded in no-man’s land less than 1 week after picking up the vehicle.

This was hands down the best auto purchase experience I have ever had. As a kicker, driving the #LexusIS350FSport is amazing. Engineering is superb. It came down to IS 350 F Sport or a BMW M3. No question after driving both cars on the same day, F SPORT blows away the M3 in performance and value. Thanks to the Lexus River Center Team and Chris Patterson's attention to detail!

I wanted to buy a 2014 IS250 with a remote start. The Lexus website allowed me to include it as I "built my Lexus". I went to Rivercenter and asked the GM Lisa Bernstein if I could install one. She said I could. Sales Manager Chris Patterson and Salesperson Adam Lisowsky assisted me in getting the car. I had to buy 2 additional packages in order to get the car in 3 weeks instead of 2 - 3 months. The day my car was delivered to Rivercenter Adam called me and said it would be ready for pick up. I asked about all of the features that we agreed on, including the remote start. He assured me the car was as specified. Later that day he called to say they can't install the remote start because their model (the Lexus remote start) was not compatible with their car. I reiterated that it was the one feature I specifically asked for and asked him to find a solution. He called me back and said that a fellow employee Kyle Jones was familiar with Best Buy products, and that Best Buy could install an after market remote start and that Lexus would coordinate it. The next day I went to Rivercenter, we agreed on a remote start model, I received a "We owe you" document stating the remote start would be installed by Best Buy asap within one week or as soon as possible. I paid for the car and left. Several days later the installation was scheduled for about a week and a half after I purchased the car. Kyle brought a loaner car to me and took my car to Best Buy. A couple of hours later, Adam told me that they can not install a remote start. Now, I have paid a lot of money for a car that doesn't have the one feature I specifically required. They have offered other after market items which I didn't initially want or plan to buy, and to install a remote start IF one becomes available. Until then I have paid for a car that can not be warmed ahead of time in the winter or cooled before I get in it in the summer. There is no guarantee that a remote start will be available, and subsequently no date when I will "be made whole".

Purchased a used 2009 Honda Accord with 36K on it. Took it in for oil change at a different location to discover the timing cover leaking. Herein lies my reason for review. Watch out for used trade ins from this location as they will not fix major issues. Luckily this was a warranty item and I had it fixed for free but it is a challenging repair and would have cost $500+ out of warranty. The other issue was the tires. They advertised new Michelin tires which were true but they let it sit on the lot long enough to have flat spots on all four tires. Some dealerships take car of their inventory as they should... this is not one of them.
