Recently, I purchased a Lexus RX350 from your establishment.  There has been a couple issues with the vehicle, one from your dealership (broken taillight) and one of my own making.  I cannot express enough how much I feel about my experience and my words are not said lightly. 
 
Working with Nikki Leper has been one of the best purchasing experience thus far in my life.  Not only is she friendly, kind, and full of energy, Nikki has redefined the job description of a sales person to me. 
 
I brought the broken taillight to Nikki's attention and she immediately worked on making sure it was scheduled to be fixed.  After owning the car for 5 days, my husband backed into a sign and broke the bumper.  I called Nikki because I was at a loss, she quickly gave me body shop information and explained my options.  Please keep in mind, I was not my best self during that moment, it did not affect Nikki, she assisted me and got me exactly what I needed with a great expression to make me feel better about the situation. 
 
Communication is so important, and I purchased the vehicle from your dealership because of her and her response to every question prior to the purchase.  I had no idea that it would continue after the purchase was complete.  Unfortunately for future sales professionals, they will have a lot to live up to my eyes.  I felt my opinion should be known and I appreciate you're time.

My experience each time is phenomenal! Betwixt the expertise of Justin Lyman and Lisa Bernstein, you will truly get a world class customer service experience from the start! I have had the pleasure of working with Justin and Mike Masse in Service, and when I decide to finally buy, I will be more than happy to see Dave R. who my husband had the pleasure of being referred to via a coworker at SORTA (Metro). My husband and I refer all of our family and friends here! Despite being in Montgomery/Blue Ash area, the entire staff feels like family! They truly go above and beyond to make you feel like you are valued. If you want a luxurious vehicle, VIP level service and support- you MUST come here!

I have to say I have been to a lot of dealerships and have had some bad experiences. Lexus River Center has offered me the best experience by far. There at Lexus River Center they worked with me financially to offer the best vehicle for the right price. Outstanding customer service, thank you Nikki for you help.

Purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Rivercenter. Extremely satisfied with the SUV itself and the pricing Rivercenter was able to offer; however, my customer experience was less than desirable. The day I purchased the car at the dealership felt a little hectic for this first time car buyer and it took Rivercenter over a month to send my registration/license plate, which allowed my temporary tags to expire. Getting an extended temporary tag after mine expired was a chore as my voicemails went unanswered for nearly a week. I was tempted to give a three star rating but I am giving their used car department the benefit of the doubt. In the event I purchase a luxury vehicle in the future, I will hope for a better buying experience than Rivercenter offered me.

Traveling from Tennessee and oil light came on LS460, a first for me. Called and Jason in Service could not have been more accommodating. Added a quart and checked for any leakage or problem all in 15 minutes and we were on our way. Impressive dealership and we WILL BE BACK for our next new car!

Total incompetent people either running this store or pretending to be....I went in here and knew exactly what I wanted, gave what I printed off to the sales person and he said he won't have what I want until next year, I found something on the lot I was going to settle for and he still wanted me to buy a total different car, color and no where near my price range. Had a manager come talk to me and he sounded like a total idiot, I sent an email to the GM and she has yet to respond to me. I hope this place shuts down, there is something wrong with a business that is dependent on sales and everyone's money to do the right thing and listen to what a customer wants, no one here did that. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and talked to them on the phone a sales guy (Ryan I think) was extremely nice and was willing to do anything to earn my business, I hope he finds a good job when this ship sinks. As far as Lisa Bernstein, I hope shes able to fill the shoes of any fast food worker in the Covington area because thats all shes qualified for. I hope they see this, I'm writing this from the business center in Mercedes Benz, where they listen to customers...

Everyone at Lexus RiverCenter has made me feel extremely comfortable. Heather has been amazing every time I need service on my current car (just oil changes). Currently I have been working with Nikki and trying to find a new car. She could not be more honest, hassle-free, and down to earth. I had a bad experience with another Lexus dealership years ago and will never go back. But the team at Lexus RiverCenter deserves to be noticed because they really seem to care about their work.

Ryan Schatteman...I've purchased two cars from you....You're like my asthma, you take my breath away. Like dandruff; I cant get you off my head. Like my IS350 Fsport, you drive me crazy. Like dentures, I cant smile without you. If you were a vegetable you'd be a cute-cumber....I just have one question, are you religious? Because you're the answer to all my prayers. On a serious note, Ryan, Chris, and Kelly are all great. The whole staff always makes me feel right at home. If you're in the market for a Lexus make sure you talk to Ryan!!!
