Danny was a true professional and extremely friendly. Easily the best experience I had with any professional in the automotive industry. Everyone at this place treats you like family and it was truly a pleasure doing business with them. I can't recommend them enough!

Update: I just want to thank Ken for reaching out to me and delivering on his promise of righting the situation and making me feel like my business is appreciated. After my review Mr. Wartel contacted me and expressed his deepest regret that the situation had come to what it was he explained that the service department was just following the rules to a T to which I understand. He listened to my complain and frustration about the situation and instead of repeating the same generic answers that I was getting he actually expressed his displeasure in my situation and wanted to help me resolve the issue. He set up my appointment to have my tire replace the day before my appointment he called to make sure everything was a go. He set me up with Maria who took great care of me when I finally came in to get my service it was a very pleasant trip. I just want to thank Ken and Maria for turning my experience and perception completely around cause before this I thought I was jus another number and all the kindness stops once the sale is made but after this I feel like a appreciated member of Lexus of Queens. I feel like I was tricked and giving false information when I was signing up for my lease in regards to the tire and rim protection insurance that was offered to me at the time of my lease. I was told don't worry the tire and rim protection covers the tire and rims if anything happens but unfortunately this was b/s. I feel like I've been wasting my money paying for a service that doesn't help when its supposed to help. I understand there is exclusion to coverage such as the tire tread depth has to be above 3/32 which I don't have an issue with but when you tell me that my tread depth is 8/32 and the only reason I cant get my tire replace is because the inner side was wore down pass that 3/32 I feel like I'm being taking advantage of. I've only had my lease for about a 1yr and half and only have 15400 miles how much could I have worn down the tires for it to not be covered. I will definitely not recommend Lexus to anyone if they asked my opinion and will reconsider my option when my lease is up. No one really cared they just kept repeating the same tire tread depth as an excuse even though my service report should show it was at 8/32 just a frustrating experience and a waste of hard earned money paying for coverage that doesn't provided the service it claims to.

Mr. Guthrie, I do apologize for the frustration you are experiencing in regards to the terms and conditions of your Tire and Wheel Policy. We never want any of our customers to feel “tricked” when purchasing or leasing a car from us. Factors such as improper tire pressure, wheel balance, or alignment, can cause tires to wear prematurely and unevenly. I have reviewed your service file and found that although the center tread was in the acceptable range, unfortunately the outer tread wear was not. Due to this measurement, the Tire and Wheel Policy would not reimburse us for a tire replacement. However, when reviewing your service history, it is apparent to me that you are clearly keeping up with the Lexus recommended maintenance schedule for your Lexus. Although tires can wear out unevenly pretty fast between service appointments, especially on our New York City streets, as a valued customer of Lexus of Queens, I would like to replace your tire at no cost to you, regardless of the fact that we will not be reimbursed. Hello Owners dealerships and customers Mark & Jeff from pre-owned Lexus of Queens this amazing people very nice and friendly to each client. Rich or poor , black or white , customer or transporter man or women all the people very seriously and respectfully. These gentelmens should sell Bentleys Lamborghini or Bugatti But they work in Lexus of Queens and doing it great. CONGRATULATES THOSE EMPLOYERS !!!

DO NOT I REPEAT!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER. This dealer is a rip off. Danny Chang doesn't know how to speak or deal with customers. Instead of one price to diagnose multiple issues it's 298 each issue so if you have four issues you have to pay $1192. Just to check the car out. Definitely wont be buying a Lexus again. Rather buy a Honda with piece of mind.

Second time car buyer here: I want to start by saying Julio is the man! Julio is the type of person that treats people with the upmost respect. He just didn’t just ask how I was doing but how my family was doing and what has been going on since three last ago when I bought the last car. Julio really wanted to know how I was doing personally. It was like we were best friends who haven’t seen each other in a while, hit it off again instantly. Behind reconnecting again, he had all the paperwork taken care of when I got there so we didn’t have to waste any time. Julio took the time to go over everything to make sure it was correct and up to my standard (don’t worry everything was correct ha). This is business 101 and very efficient which I appreciated. Next was the finance manager who was just as equally friendly and professional. He asked me a number of personal questions to try and get to know. He didn’t try to “hustle” me out of more money and buy anything I wasn’t comfortable with. This is how the car dealership industry should be instead of people’s common misconception. When you go to Lexus of Queens you are treated with nothing else but the best as if everyone was a member of their own family. I would also like to take a second and tell you how clean the waiting area was and how comfortable. When you walk into the waiting room, it looks inviting from the seats, to the newspapers, to the food, etc. There are plenty of seating, drinks, snacks, bagels & coffee for everyone. Most dealership just have a few cars but not Lexus of Queens. Everything is first class here.

I was helped by Tommy. Great guy and really helped me out with my Lexus. The dealership is very friendly and has a great staff. There can be a slight wait if they are busy but that is to be expected.
