Worls news about #robotics .

Impressive. The #microtug   #robot climbs a vertical glass carrying the 100 times it weights. Weighing only 9 grams the robot can carry a payload of 1 kg.

Put two of the 'pads' one in one direction and other in another one...  may use a motor (servo) to change the angle when trying to move...

Well made example of the KISS principle. #robotics   #biped

This simple bipedal robot is made from four micro servo motors (which are pretty cheap), an Arduino, and a breadboard. The bot can walk, kick, dance, navigate slopes etc. It's also pretty cute. See it in action:

Pinaut has created a Micro Servo Robot:

4 micro servos build this nice little robot arm. Controlled by an Arduino Micro the servo movements can be learned and then replayed by the robot arm.

Wow, this is amazing. The holodesk gets real. With #HoloLens  ,   #Microsoft is showing at #Build2015 . The video shows a virtual robot  overlays a physical robot (btw. made out of #Makeblock  parts) with the HoloLens augmented reality glasses.

+Jason Hoffman The real robot is the physical body and colects data, interacts with objects, etc. The virtual robot is just interface, a form of cheap, quick and easily diferentiate machines by customizing their apearance, and possibly allowing to convey information by its animations, like getting sleepy to show low battery, eating to indicate charging, stacking objects in a bag to show file transfering, etc. By interacting with the virtual robot, we control the real robot in the room.
