Pullups are so often overlooked, which contributes to muscle imbalance to our upper torso. I'm a huge fan for Australian or inverted pull-ups, because they work the same major muscles of a regular pullup and help you increase your strength for a regular pullup. If you don't have access to a smith machine or playground, try a Portable Pullup Bar.

Here's a 5 minute Fitness Challenge. Push-ups and Pull-ups...as many as you can do in 5 minutes. I like inverted pull-ups with my portable pull-up bar www.myworkhorse.com this allows both men and women to do pull-ups, and allows most people to do about the same number of pullups and pushups.
