Last year, a lightning bolt struck the Eiffel Tower, Paris (http://ow.ly/ufElh) in a freak summer storm, causing the entire sky to light up. Moments later the aggressive storm was over, whereupon it made its way across the English Channel. Thanks for that one.
Over 4 miles long, this massive steel and concrete structure was allegedly inspired by the Brotonne Bridge in France. Due to its location and height, it also appears in a number of films and car adverts. Pretty glamorous for a bridge .
Here’s the underwater Museo Subacuatico de Arte in Cancun, Mexico (http://ow.ly/uxq5K).
In 2009, over 500 sculptures were submerged into the sea in an attempt to create an artificial reef and to encourage coral growth. Officially classed as a contemporary museum of art, the impressive site can be viewed by diving, snorkelling, glass bottomed boat... or submarine, if you happen to have one handy.

Proving just that is the 5 star St Pancras Renaissance Hotel (http://ow.ly/ushys) in London.
One of the most romantic buildings in London, this incredibly grand hotel is connected to St Pancras station, and is just moments from King's Cross station. This surely has to be the number one destination for those wanting to lap up London. In STYLE!
Outdoor entertainment your thing?
Well, this floating stage will literally ‘chill you to the bone’…
The stage is part of the setting for the Bregenzer Festspiele; a performing arts festival which takes place in Austria every summer.
