Spent £2000 on a holiday with last minute.com and they have messed up my hotel and yet to see it resolved. I fligh on Friday and have had no one get back to me. It is absolutely disgusting, customer service is shocking, no way to speak to complaints or technical support. Never ever will I use this company again if this is not resolved
