Have your say Vic Gov draft biodiversity plan: "Protecting Victoria's Environment - Biodiversity 2036" http://ow.ly/ZPJBM #landcarevic

Story
Tagline
The Victorian Landcare Program promotes and supports Landcare Groups and Networks in Victoria (Australia)
Introduction
The first official Landcare group formed in Victoria in 1986.  Since then, the Landcare philosophy and model has spread across Australia, and now in many countries across the world.

Landcare groups work together to develop their own priorities, organise community activities and source their own funding through a variety of government, private and community organisations.

Landcare is a successful community based, and social, model to engage people in protecting their local environment and improving the natural resource management of their land, or public land they care about.
