To help lose weight, start by eating healthy meals, like green leafy veggies, and do a lot of steamed vegetables, stay away from fried foods which are full of saturated fats which makes us gain weight, also add in alit of fruits several times a day, its always good to eat every 2 to 3 hours and have snacks such as fruits that are healthy for us to keep our metabusm up in order to lose weight and try not to eat late hours of the night before you go to bed, it stores on us and adds weight.
