A vocal supporter of e-cigarettes, the California Republican proudly declared, Yes, I vape, in an op-ed last year. On Thursday, he opened his argument to allow the practice on flights by inhaling a load of e-juices.

According to a recent report by the Governor's Highway Safety Association, drugged driving is on the rise with 22 percent of drivers testing positive for some drug or medication.

It is the talk of the town in Crystal City tonight after the City Clerk certified the recall petition against the mayor and two council members. 
The Crystal City City Clerk certified a petition calling for the recall of the mayor and two city council members today, Javier Villalobos, the attorney for one of the petitioners, told KSAT 12. The officials named in the petition, Mayor Ricardo Lopez, Mayor Pro-Tem Rogelio Mata and Councilman Marco Rodriguez, must resign within five days or face a recall election, according to the city charter.

Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff believes a major issue that’s rarely discussed is the cost of added rail lines and who is going to pay for it.
Union Pacific sent a letter to the Lone Star Rail District chairman on Tuesday terminating their nearly seven-year long agreement to work on feasibility studies for the Lone Star rail line. The plan would have run commuter trains on existing UP lines along with adding bypass freight rail lines between Taylor, Seguin and San Antonio.
