A God In Every Stone by Kamila Shamsie tells us a story of a little known history, it was quite an interesting read.

Sara Taylor is not afraid to let it all out - she teaches us writers to not fear writing the dirty details. This was a dark but satisfying read.

Elizabeth Is Missing is unique in the world of mystery fiction. Emma Healey has crafted a mystery where the woman following the clues, Maud, has Alzheimers. Maud believes her friend Elizabeth is missing, but because of her disease no one else believes her. She begins to mix up facts between Elizabeth's current disappearance and her sister Sukey's disappearance seventy years ago. All the while we feel for Maud's daughter Helen whose patience, love, and sorrow drive her to keep her mother safe. Elizabeth Is Missing is Emma Healey's debut novel and was long listed for the 2015 Baileys Womens Prize For Fiction. This book was so unique nine publishers fought for the rights and the TV rights have already been sold. A very impressive debut for Emma Healey.

The Girl Who Was Saturday Night lays love bare. O'Neill doesn't romanticize love; she paints a realistic picture of what love truly is.

The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt was good, Tartt hits a home run again with her excellent writing and story telling ability. Although I thought it was over descriptive and could have used further editing. This is a meaty read, not one for the faint of heart.

The Table Of Less Valued Knights was supposed to be funny, I had a few aha moments, but was disappointed.

Obviously by the 1 star rating I wasn't in love with this book. You may like it though. As an aspiring author this book taught me the importance of a plot if you don't have one the book becomes dull.

The flower jewelry set features a multicoloured flower in a rectangular construction with glossy enamel and rhinestones. So close to nature and so close to your heart, you would look for occasions to style this. The "gold flower jewelry set" has a mesmerizing effect and can be a perfect adorable gift for someone you love (like your mum!)
