The suspect was arrested shortly after he ditched his car and tried to run from officers in Tacoma.

Earlier on Saturday, CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora tweeted that Lynch had a "new deal in place" with the Seahawks that would pay the 28-year-old running back $21 million over the next two seasons. But minutes afterward, Doug Hendrickson - Lynch's agent - tweeted that no such agreement had been reached.
The Seattle Seahawks and Marshawn Lynch have not yet reached an agreement on a contract extension, Lynch's agent said on Saturday.

I believe it;'s standard practice to deny such reports until the ink is dry.  I hope he sticks around for a while.  I'll even chip in on that alleged 21 million.

The family of an orchard worker killed Tuesday after he was accused of hurling rocks at police has filed a $25 million claim with the city of Pasco and the president of Mexico reiterated his country's condemnation of the violence against a Mexican citizen.

Pot shop co-owner, Tedd Wetherbee said Friday, "We're licensed by the state to do business. We're doing absolutely nothing illegal."
A pot shop is taking shots at Pierce County's ban on recreational marijuana stores. The owners of The Gallery are planning to open the store at noon on Saturday, in direct violation of county codes.

Stacy Howard of the school district said identification of the man as a suspect "was either a misunderstanding or miscommunication." Officers interviewed the man Thursday and let him go after determining he is a legitimate fill-in driver.
