Have you heard the story of the first #ArcticConvoy? It was a top-secret mission that shipped supplies to Russia in the Second World War.

The story remained untold for many years and it was only in 2013 that all those involved in the Arctic Convoys were finally recognised and awarded the Arctic Star medal by the British Government.

This year, a prize-winning documentary by MA filmaking lecturer Roy Perkins has been included in the official UK tribute for the 75th anniversary commemoration of the first Arctic Convoy.
