In these 5 years of experience with the Kays Harbor Technologies, I have seen an idea as SEED growing to a TREE. An organization as a tree in its cultural, ethical values as its ROOTS. Knowledge and experience as its STEM. Employees as its LEAVES, with the managers as its BRANCHES. Projects and assignments are its BUDS and FLOWERS. Reviews from clients and colleagues are the FRUITS.
