This creamy pasta dinner is SO easy and SO good! http://bit.ly/1Sjjc8T #Recipeoftheday #dinner
This is my family's favorite pasta dish. I have had the pleasure to serve this to the men and women that I work with at the Fire department and the honor of serving it to the President of the International Association of Professional Firefighters at a private dinner which I was asked to cook for. This is a dish that any one can make. I use the Paccheri pasta found at William Sonoma. However, any large Rigatoni found in your local grocery store wi...

"Simple ingredients come together so nicely, this would impress anyone. Especially your sweetie on Valentine's Day. It's very good and easy!" http://bit.ly/1Q7l7XO #recipeoftheday #dinner #easyrecipe
I absolutely love Steak De Burgo! We don't have it very often because of the cost of tenderloin steaks. I also like to use Delmonico steaks for this. This is an elegant dish which is still quite simple to make!

Share this crazy delicious pie with the one you love this Valentine's Day! ❤️ http://bit.ly/1m8MusG
I wanted to make a great dessert for my sweetheart. We both love raspberry and chocolate together. We recently had some frozen yogurt with that flavor and I thought this would make a great creamy delicious pie. Here is what I created, maybe you can treat your sweetheart with this pie as well.

100% traditional Louisiana étouffée that is family tested and approved! http://bit.ly/20CdwrV #FatTuesday #MardiGras
This traditional New Orleans recipe was handed down by my mother. Made from scratch, the simplicity is what makes it delicious and a favorite in homes and restaurants. Just remember to always used Louisiana crawfish tails, NEVER Chinese crawfish! Many people think that New Orleans food is spicy hot, but that's not true. Many tourist area restaurants over-spice their foods, thus giving Cajun food a wrong image. Real New Orleans cooks season their ...

A sinfully amazing twist on traditional Buffalo hot wings...YUM! http://bit.ly/20CcImO #recipeoftheday
I made this recipe about a good 35 yrs ago. There is a story behind it... I was living in Ithaca, NY and next door to me were a bunch of Frat boys from Cornell U that would ask me to cook things for their parties. Once it was the hottest chili they could get and they got it too! This time they wanted Hot chicken wings but not the norm ie: Buffalo hot wings. So I mixed the Hot sauce with the Lemon Herb recipe that I had and it was an amazingly HUG...

Here is another idea for a Mardi Gras quick and easy dessert. Again, since I don't have a lot of patience for making my own bread, I use a little help from some already prepared dough and add my own lazy twist to it. I will be making this over the weekend and will post pictures then.

Start your weekend out right with this delicious (yet still healthy) breakfast sandwich! http://bit.ly/20Cfsk9 #breakfast
From a favorite nearby cafe, I go to get his Breakfast Sandwich, and this has got to be the most filling and delicious one ever! My homemade version doesn't include bacon or other meat, but fresh veggies, quick cooked frozen spinach if I don't have the fresh spinach, and a good cheese melted on top! This version dated 9/10/11 included spinach, grated fresh lemon, avocado, mozzarella and an egg on multi-grain toast. A Pepperidge Farm sandwich thin co...

An easy and tasty dip everyone is sure to enjoy! http://bit.ly/1VDhSeX
I absolutely love Onion Dip, and finding one that is made of fresh ingredients is a bonus I wasn't expecting. I found Alton Brown's recipe for Onion dip from scratch and made it immediately, although it was good it had an egg aftertaste. (Probably from organic Canola mayo.) With this recipe I have omitted the Mayonnaise (egg aftertaste resolved! Plus less calories too!) To balance the sour cream I use Neufchatel Cheese, together they give a luxur...
