Definitely not worth the price paid. The rooms were comparable to any motel room and there was an additional 25 dollar resort fee for every night stayed that they didn't tell us about. The best part was the water they had out by the pool

Great room, great food at the restaurant and pool and excellent service. My only complaint is that the beach bar charges almost 1p dollars for a drink with close to no liquor. The drink I had tasted like watery sour mix with no trace of anything else. But other than that it was an excellent experience

Jupiter Resort & Spa is a great place to stay. The location is prime as the views are beautiful. There rooms are beautiful and spacious. Also staff are very friendly and go out of their way for you to have a wonderful experience. You can be comfortable and feel safe at this beautiful location.

Booked a room with a fridge, a jacuzzi, and a superb view. What they tried to give me was far less. I received a 3rd floor view of palm trees in the parking lot, 2 bathrooms with 2 stand up showers (zero jacuzzi's) when tried to get a better room they told me that they could maybe accommodate us on Sunday, this is my honey moon and i payed good price for the wrong room that they mislabeled, seeing how nothing i ordered i received. If you would like to pay $50 a week for a fridge that was supposed to be included with the room this is the place, if you want a real deal there was a super 8 that included HD tv , a Fridge, and wi fi INCLUDED for free. I would not give them a cent for anything. Worst experience i have ever had with ANY resort/hotel EVER PERIOD. Front desk was rude and would not help in any way. I would search further.

The resort as a whole was a great experience. The staff was great and attentive, food was good, and location next to the beach you can't beat. I was staying at the resort while attending a friend's wedding last November. I really didn't want to write this review since I am a person who always makes fun of people who write them, but I just couldn't let go of what happened to me when I checked out. After I checked out I noticed a while later that I had forgotten some stuff in the room in the top dresser drawer (some clothes and cash). I know I should have put the money in the safe provided by the hotel, but that does me no good now. It was my favorite Miami Dolphins shirt too. The point being it is unfortunate that the housekeeping department is the one major reason why I will never go back to this resort again. It was a considerable amount of money and the only thing stopping me from pursuing this more is that I keep telling myself that hopefully she needed it more than me at that time. Unfortunately, I also left a tip for her cleaning my room too. Like I said before the resort is very nice just make sure to not leave anything behind more than likely it will not be there when you come back.

Nice Restaurant, good service, good food. Work out room had decent equipment but was very warm and needed more air. Our Room: TV remote didn't work, phone had to be replaced, heat/AC switch over didn't work, and the shower handle broke and we couldn't shut it off. The balcony was gross, couldn't lean on the rail or sit if you had any thing other than rags on. Service people were there so much we should have charged them. Maid service was very good except for balcony, it should be wiped down daily.

It is a very nice resort that is slightly behind the times. The room was nice, the bed was very noisy just to get in and out of. There was a light switch that didn't work for anything that we could tell. Our room, which had a view of the parking lot, had no lighting in the room that was on a switch so getting in the room late at night made for an interesting experience. In addition the Wi-Fi reminded me of a hotel five years ago where service was spotty and the speed was reminiscent of dial up. The room also had lots of ambient noise, you could hear the room next door and the hallways like they were in your room. The restaurant was good for breakfast (the only meal we actually ate on property) with a very good eggs benedict. Overall service was good, people were friendly and helpful. If you can get a good rate, I would recommend it.

Went to a company Christmas party and had a great time. I also had my wedding reception there 11 years ago. I enjoy the Jupiter Beach Resort and have great memories.
