Everyone looks forward to the food at Thanksgiving. However, for people with dietary restrictions, the traditional menu presents a lot of obstacles. Those eating gluten-free will have to skip the stuffing if it’s is made with bread crumbs and pass on the pie if it has a wheat-based crust.
