We spoke to Steve Clutty who told us that juicing is perfect for anyone in to their sport! "My work colleague mentioned juicing and then so did my cousin. I decided to do some research and came across ”The Juice Master”. I did the 7lbs in 7 days plan then followed the Turbo Charge Your Life in 14 days programme. I was weighing 96 kg and now I am 86 kg so 10kg dropped in weight! What's everyone having for dinner this evening? We are having this yummy Japanese 17-a-Day recipe!

Did you know that Japanese RDA (recommended daily allowance) of fruits and vegetables is 17 different portions, yet most governments recommend we consume seven (well, after recent reports - it was five) With Japan being home to some of the planet’s oldest living people, we are more inclined to trust their recommendations than ours...

There may be 17 ingredients but this is surprisingly easy to make. Pack the leafy vegetables tightly into the chute of the juicer, between the apple and the pear, to ensure you extract the maximum amount of juice. Then simply juice everything else and pour over the ice.

Ingredients:
1 Golden Delicious Apple
1 Pear
2 cm chunk Cucumber
1⁄2 small Unwaxed Lime
1 cm chunk Fresh Ginger Root
1 small handful Spinach
1⁄2 stalk Celery
1⁄2 medium Carrot
1 small handful Kale
1⁄2 small Raw Beetroot
1 cm slice (peeled) Pineapple
1 cm chunk Broccoli Stem
1 cm small Courgette (Zucchini)
1 cm chunk Parsnip
1 cm chunk Fennel
1 small slice Red Pepper
1 small slice Yellow Pepper
Ice Cubes

Best Served... when you really feel you need a massive boost of nutrients. Maybe you’ve just been on a bender and feel like you’ve been run over by a truck. Perhaps you have just eaten your weight in sugar and need some goodness. Whatever the reason, just get this amazing juice inside you.

We spoke to Melanie Hutchinson, who like many of us has tried juicing before and then lost momentum. We are happy to say Melanie joined in the Big Juice Spring Clean and her results just prove what a difference 5 days can make! "I am 38 years of age and I have always been overweight. I have Rhumatoid Arthritis (ra) since childhood and polycystic ovaries (pcos). At my heaviest I was 18 stone! I did the Big Juice Spring Clean in 2012 and managed to juice on and off for a year and got to just over 13 stone. However in the autumn of 2013 life got in the way and I lost momentum and just couldn't find my motivation. I tried several times to join in but my greed for sugar/wheat took over. Then the Big Juice Spring Clean popped up on my feed in 2014 and I decided I have to give it a go. Here we are just 6 days later and I have lost 11lbs! I feel happier, look completely different, my skin looks great, my nails look like I have had a French manicure my belly looks better, I am not all puffy and I am sleeping better too. I still have my RA pain and I don't expect that to go. But I do feel so much better. The difference 6 days can make is frightening and amazing!"

This recipe is just right for a sunny day - and another juice Jason made this morning on Lorraine it's the amazing Juice Master’s Turbo Charge Smoothie

Ingredients:
¼ small pineapple
½ Stick celery
1 inch chunk of cucumber
1 small handful of spinach leaves
1 small piece of peeled lime
2 apples - (not Granny Smiths)
¼ avocado
1 small handful of ice cubes

Instructions:
Juice all the ingredients except the avocado and ice. Pour the juice into a blender along with the avocado flesh and ice and blend until smooth.

Here's someone to inspire you to join the juicing revolution. Congratulations to all that have completed the London Marathon today - the most important thing now is recovery.

Ingredients:
1 × apple
1⁄2 stick celery
1⁄2 inch cucumber
1 × bulb RAW beetroot 1⁄2 litre of water
1 × sports water bottle

How to make:
Juice the ingredients and pour into a water bottle along with 1⁄2 litre of water. This is lighter than a juice, but still provides the perfect balance of sodium and potassium.

Happy Thursday morning! We are starting the day off with Passion for Juice Master - join us it's soooooo yummmmmmyyyyyy!!

Ingredients:
1/4 small pineapple - you can juice with the skin on, but give it a very good wash
1 apple
1/4 banana
200g natural organic yogurt - if you're a juicy vegan, then simply use soya yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of spirulina

Juicy Instructions
Simply juice the pineapple and apple
Pour into a blender / smoothie maker along with the banana, yogurt and spirulina.
Blend until smooth.
This will make more than an 8 oz glass, drink what you want and then you are comfortably full put the rest in a flask or - as Sesame Street taught us - share!

Why this is good for you
This is a beautifully smooth and creamy smoothie because of the yogurt that goes into it.

The bananas provide an incredible source of slow-release energy, as well as being rich in potassium. This helps promote muscle and nerve function as well as controlling blood pressure.

Iron is one of the most common mineral deficiencies found in humans. This fantastic smoothie has an abundance of it, thanks to the spirulina. It is also rich in magnesium and trace minerals, as well as being one of the highest natural sources of B12.

Good morning juicy people! How are we all on this lovely sunny Wednesday? Here's a recipe we came up with to get you ready for the summer. It's the great Juice Master’s Anti Oxidant King!

Ingredients:
2x Medium Oranges (peeled with pith)
1x Pear (conference)
1x handful of mixed berries (preferably blueberries and blackberries)
1/2 banana
Optional crunch - handful of
mixed seeds

Instructions:
Simply juice and pour over ice!

Ingredients:
1x Medium raw Beetroot
1 inch Lemon
2x Apples
2x Medium Carrots

Instructions:
Simply juice and pour over ice!

Happy, Happy MONDAY MORNING! Are we all ready to get our juicy hats on this morning? Fancy something absolutely delicious? Then make the Mixed Seed and Berry Smoothie this morning!

This recipe is loaded with ESSENTIAL fatty acids!

Ingredients:
1x Apples
1x handful Blueberries
1x handful Blackberries
1x handful Rasberries
1x handful Strawberries
1x tablespoon Bio-Live Yogurt
1x tablespoon Mixed Seeds
Ice

How to create
Juice the apples and pour in to a blender. Add all the berries, yogurt, seeds and ice and blend for a few seconds. Don't forget: if you use frozen berries there is no need to add extra ice to the blender.
