A vast majority of the Punjabi live in India and Pakistan; however, large Punjabi communities can also be found in nearly thirty other countries. https://joshuaproject.net/people_groups/14483/CA

One of the unique characteristics of Turkey is that they are a country where Muslims sometimes go and pray in churches and synagogues on special occasions. Judaism and Christianity and their prophets are generally respected by Turks. There might be extremes, as also seen in other religions, but it is generally not approved by the Turkish majority.  https://joshuaproject.net/people_groups/18274/TU

"Unreached" doesn't mean no Christians. The Madura in Indonesia have tens of thousands of believers. But they represent less than 1% of the group. Pray for their numerical and spiritual growth. https://joshuaproject.net/people_groups/13199/ID

In recent years the Hmong Bua in Jinping may have benefited from the Christian "radio revival" among the neighboring Hmong Daw, who speak a similar language. https://joshuaproject.net/people_groups/18486/CH

There are few known Tuareg believers in Mali. Prayer is the key to reaching these precious people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. ttps://joshuaproject.net/people_groups/15607/ML

Highlighting the ethnic people groups with the least followers of Jesus Christ.
Introduction
How many people groups are there in the world? How many of them are unreached with the gospel of Jesus Christ? These are some of the questions Joshua Project seeks to answer.
