This heat map graphic is important, because it will help you understand that every thought causes the body to react in a different way. You'll feel tension and heat in certain areas of the body when your mind moves towards negative or positive thoughts. Choose better FEELING thoughts to keep your body strong and healthy. If your thoughts tell you something is impossible, change your beliefs by channeling your creativity to make it possible. FEEL into certain ideas. Go with the thoughts that feel best.

I have a genetic blood disorder that requires frequent blood transfusions, so I tried drinking wheatgrass for three months to see if it changed my dependency. It didn't, but I learned some things along the way. Please read about my experience. I'd love to know if you guys have any other suggestions:  http://josephinebila.com/the-ultimate-guide-to-wheatgrass-for-thalassemia/
