Let The Eating Begin
Ok, so today I begin the big #GetFit
training program, and the first thing I have to learn how to accommodate is the eating!
Seriously, I thought that working in an hour of exercise into my schedule each day was going to be the hard part. HA! The really hard part is going to be all of the meal planning and execution. Especially when things start piling up on top of one another.
What you see in the calendar screen shot below in RED are all the times I'm supposed to eat something. And the things I have to consume are very specific. So its going to take some time to think through exactly how to take care of all my eating and stuff.
Got to feed the machine I guess!
Also, for the record. I weighed in at 162 pounds today at the start of the program. Keep in mind that has no bearing on anything. In fact, I don't want to lose weight, I want to GAIN weight. If I could get up to 175 and have it be very lean, that would be a huge win. Though I don't think it could happen in the 8 weeks we're going to be doing the project...
