Everyone knows that it is a leader's job to provide vision, mission, and strategy. But there is more that a leader must do. 1. A Leader is a Believer Napoleon said, “A leader is a dealer in hope.” A leader must believe that there is a way forward. She must believe that [...]

If you like country music with your Mexican food, this is he place to come! We went through 4 baskets of chips, not because they were good, but because every basket was stale. If you like guacamole, you'll love this place. If you don't like it like myself, be sure to ask for no guacamole. On the bright side, the margarita was good. Won't be coming back.

My wife and I just had an incredible weddingmoon at Glen Laurel. We absolutely loved it and the tranquility of the setting. The staff was great and cleared off different areas for us outside for photos for our wedding. The food was great and we will be returning again next year in a different season. If you are looking for a great quiet get away and unplug from everything, this is the place to go.

I had asked for a room with 2 beds and had to settle for a room with a king and pull out sofa. Needless to say, the pullout sofa was a twin bed. We did get an air mattress they provided, but I did have to get another air mattress from the WalMart up the street since there were 5 of us. The housekeeping was a joke. We got back to our room at 3:00 and our room still needed to be made up and fresh towels brought in. I don't think they made it to our room until after 5. I had requested a late check out and the front desk said it was fine, however, they didn't put it in the system and when we returned to the hotel from a swim meet, we couldn't get in our room at 12:00 and housekeeping was about ready to go in the room which was night and day difference from the day prior. I don't think that any of the Hilton family would stay here.

We spent the last few days here at the Doral for meetings. Even though things are under construction with upgrades, it is VERY clean and a great place to stay. Meeting rooms were great as well and service of getting food/coffee in the room was great.

Giving a 1 star rating is generous. We had our whole bill compt'ed and wasn't even worth it. Mediocre bar food and horrible service. Took over a half hour for an appetizer to come out while a table that sat down 15 minutes after us had food. Brother's burger came out wrong and sent back and finally got his dinner 20 minutes later. (How do you screw up a basic cheeseburger?) They did. Won't be going back at all. I would rather pay for mediocre food and a good time with my brother and dad than have horrible service. Manager was at our table several times throughout the night and the table next to us as well. Not good customer service at all.

We ate at D&B's the other night and the service was horrible. Granted, we had a large party, but it was not acceptable. We asked what the specials were with the game cards and meals and the waitress said it was over. I pulled it up on my phone and we were well within the time frame to take advantage of it. Since we had a large party with several families, we asked the easiest way to take the orders since we were on different checks. She responded by giving us 5 sheets off her order pad and said just to write down the orders. After we all had paid, she was claiming that we didn't get all of her bills back to her. I know it was fun for the kids, but I won't be going back anytime soon.

We just closed on our house with Bernie Christman. He was great to work with and would highly recommend working with him if you are in the market for a new home mortgage or refi. Great communication and got things done in a timely manner. I know that I will be referring business to him when asked about people to work with for a new mortgage.
