You don’t have to put up with being sick, sad, anxious or disgusted. It doesn't matter if everybody around you is living with a box of tissue under their arm to take care of the green stuff and popping pills to handle their anxiety, you don’t have to. There is a better way for you. Get in God’s presence and learn how to release worry if that’s your issue. Read the Word and learn to trust in the Lord and not fear. Fear is at the root of a lot of problems, but the Word says that, “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love”(1 John 4:18).

The flesh wants everything. It’s like a child begging for this and that. But, it doesn’t have control over what you actually do unless you relinquish control and agree to go with the impulses. Your mind is in control over your body, but who should be in control over your mind? Your spirit!

Almost everything God will ask you to do for Him is impossible for you to do. Don't struggle with the big things. He didn’t ask you to do it, He just asks you to believe Him for it. All God asks you to do is believe. Your job is to believe that God can do His job. His job is to make it come to pass. That takes the weight off of your mind so that you just live one day at a time and walk with Him. It’s an issue of trust.

So many people spend their lives trying to become what they already are, but Jesus has already done the work on the cross! You don’t have to recreate His work; you’ve just got to accept His work. Redemption made you strong—accept it! God has made you more than a conqueror—accept it! He loves you and has given you the ability to love others—accept it! You are a person of great faith and nothing is impossible—accept it!

Sooner or later, we all have to trust God with our lives if we want to live out His plan for our lives. He can guide us and give us favor, but we’ve got to desire His help. We’ve got to desire Him. That means, knowing what His Word says and knowing Him as a friend must be important to us.

The devil will rarely attack you in your strong area because he knows that he doesn’t have a good chance of causing you to fail or fall in that area. So, he’s looking for a weak spot. That’s why it’s important for you to concentrate on the weak spots…and you do that by praying and focusing your energy on getting stronger in those areas.

Stop looking at your own abilities—God isn’t! He already knows when He gives you impossible dreams or calls you to do impossible tasks that it’s something YOU can’t
do. It’s impossible for you; that’s a fact. But it’s NOT impossible for Him, and that’s the truth! All God asks is that you let Him do His job, and you do yours.

We cannot impress God by the things we possess in this life, only by the souls that are saved as His Gospel is preached—souls won by compassion and salvation, not condemnation. Have you been showing compassion or condemnation?

Faith is always tested by obstacles in life. So don’t get all in a huff if the obstacles come. The more damage you do to the devil, the more he gets aggravated about it. So what does he do? He tests you with obstacles in the natural realm. He tries to attach sickness to your body, lack to your finances, chaos to your home, and confusion to your mind. But you can overcome these things. You can change the test into a testimony.
