The Difficulty in Getting Your Affairs in Order in the Digital Age
I have something I call the "If Jeremy Gets Hit By A Bus" document. It's essentially a guidebook to the NFO and executors of my will for how to manage our affairs. I update it once a year or so and give a paper (yes, paper) copy to those who need it for saf...
How about a site that has a username and password and requires 2-factor authentication in the form of a text message or a Google Authenticator random series of numbers? Now, you don't just need my password, you also need my phone...and you need the password to my phone.

Travel in the Age of Google

If Your Pediatrician Doesn't Care: What would you do?

Sprinklr's New CMO: Why I'm More than "OK"

Why can’t non-doctors be “on call?” They can. Here’s how I plan to do it.
I recently was chatting with a family where the husband is a
physician. They were invited to a wedding in another city and the wife
and one of the kids were going…but not the husband because he was scheduled to
be “on call” that weekend. I joked that it was...
They were invited to a wedding in another city and the wife and one of the kids were going…but not the husband because he was scheduled to be “on call” that weekend. I joked that it was just as well because he probably didn't want to go anyway…and, well, I wasn't too far off.

Story
Introduction

The greatest potential of technology is to build connections and understanding between people.

Those relationships then blossom into new and better ways of doing, well, pretty much everything.

That's why every move in my career has been a step forward on a clear-cut mission--inspire people, organizations, and companies to treat their stakeholders as people, use great technology in a smart way to do it, and drive tangible results at the same time.

It's why I joined Sprinklr as their VP of Marketing. It's a company that is making it possible for Fortune 500 companies build authentic relationships with their customers...at scale.

Prior to joining Sprinklr, I was the CEO of an international marketing firm, Never Stop Marketing (it's a mantra, not just a company) for 3.5 years.  We served everyone from Fortune 50 clients to NY Times best-selling authors with the results to prove it.

Before that, I was at Microsoft where I spent almost 6 years developing revenue-producing communities and authoring one of Microsoft’s most successful marketing blogs (over 110k views/month).

I'm a  two-time entrepreneur, with international business experience in Germany and Japan, and a passionate technologist (don’t get me started).

I'm a the father of 3 young children,so"coffee is a food group" and will interrupt any activity to take calls from "Client #1" (aka his wife of almost 10 years).

There's a lot more, but I'll leave you with this...I'm a collector of lapel pins with over 700 dating back almost 30 years...and, of course, a spreadsheet detailing the date and location of acquisition.

Bragging rights
I left Microsoft because I got the message that my "views on marketing were too forward-thinking." Two years later, they called me and asked, "would you like to teach our social marketing training class worldwide?" ;-)
