Lately, I've gotten into a good exercise habit. I almost look like a "before" picture in an infomercial at this point! (Yes, "before," not "after.).
I haven't been eating as cleanly as I should, so this month I'm going ahead and jumping back into Soylent, that meal replacement drink. The goal is to stick to Soylent for approximately 2/3 of the month, keep to a crazy exercise routine like Insanity Max 30 and lowering alcohol intake.
I'd like to see what I can do before I hit the ripe old age of 36 this October.
