The Iowa Supreme Court is headed to Newton on Oct. 14 to hear oral arguments in the case of Hutchison, et al. v Warren County Board of Supervisors, et al. Event takes place at 7 p.m. in the Newton High School Auditorium.

The Iowa Supreme Court has approved amendments to the Trial Scheduling and Discovery Plan Forms 2 and 3. These forms are used in conjunction with the recent discovery rule amendments and the new expedited civil action rule in the Iowa Rules of Civil Procedure.
