Looking for a great face exfoliator without the toxic ingredients? Look no more!

What you need: 2 Tbs. plain, sugar-free yogurt, 2 Tbs. pureed cucumber, 2 Tbs. oatmeal and 1 tsp. chopped sage.

What to do: Combine all ingredients in a container. Make sure your face is clean and damp. Massage the face mask into your skin. Leave for 15 minutes while you relax then rinse. Enjoy beautiful skin!

The cucumber and oatmeal will soothe and calm any inflammation you may have after the cold weather. Yogurt is easy and effective as it soothes and gently exfoliates our skin. Sage contains ursolic acid and it naturally removes dead skin cells and provides vitamin A and calcium.

Be sure to visit iHerb for our selection of ready to use facial masks!

Need some ideas on how to fuel up before and after a workout? We've got you covered.

Before a workout go for a combination of sugar and fat. This will give you energy to fuel you through your workout.

Pre-Workout Snacks:

1. Handful of raw almonds and blueberries
2. Spoonful of Peanut Butter with raw honey
3. 1/4 Spoonful of Coconut Oil

After you're done working out you need a combination of protein, fat, carbs and sugar. Make an effort to eat within 30-45 minutes after a workout. If that's not accessible then pack fruit or raw almonds with you! Remember to drink a lot of water to assure that you don't overeat! Dehydration is often mistaken as hunger.

Post-Workout Meals:

1. Veggie Egg Scramble + Fruit: Pick 3 favorite veggies (onion, mushroom, spinach, etc.), 2-4 Eggs, Small bowl of fruit

2. A Huge Salad: Dark Leafy Greens (spinach, kale, arugula), Lean Protein (chicken, turkey or fish), Veggies, Fruit (only 1-2 servings), Fats (avocado, raw almonds, raw walnuts or sunflower seeds), Dressing (1 T olive oil + vinegar + squeeze of lemon or lime)

There are also tons of healthy snack options for you to check out at iHerb!

Did you know that you can use up leftover vegetable peels? Here's one way!

In many countries, people buy a dried and powdered vegetable seasoning. Why not make your own?

Save your peels until you have enough for a baking tray. Scatter the peels on the tray, then put the tray in an oven on about 220°F degrees and dry them thoroughly.

After they’ve all dried, put them in the coffee grinder or blender and powder them. Use tomato, eggplant, potato, pepper and carrot peels as well as stalks from parsley and dill.

Of course, iHerb also has over 500 spices and seasonings for you to choose from as well. http://i.iherb.com/ZSv

Looking for a delicious way to serve cauliflower? What about Coconut Lime Cauliflower Rice?

What you need: 1 large cauliflower; 1 tsp. ghee/coconut oil; 2 Tbs. water; 1 heaped Tbs. desiccated coconut; 3 Tbs. full-fat coconut milk; grated zest and juice of 1/2 lime; 1 handful of cilantro (leaves and stalks finely chopped); a pinch of finely diced fresh red chili (optional); sea salt and black pepper

What to do: Remove the cauliflower leaves and end of the stalk. Use a food processor or grater to grate the cauliflower into rice sized pieces. Set aside.

Toast the desiccated coconut in a dry frying pan over a medium heat for 2 minutes until fragrant and golden brown. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Place the uncooked cauliflower rice in the same pan, add the coconut milk, and stir together.

Cook over medium heat, with a lid on the pan, to let the cauliflower steam for 4 to 6 minutes until tender. Check after 3 to 4 minutes to make sure there is still enough liquid in the bottom of the pan to stop the cauliflower from sticking.

When the cauliflower rice is cooked, squeeze in the lime juice; season with salt and pepper and stir to combine. Serve immediately, sprinkled with the toasted desiccated coconut, cilantro, fresh chili (if using), and lime zest.

You can also head to iHerb to check out our healthy selection of rice options!

Did you know that essential oils could provide excellent headache support?

For example, a migraine is a severe and painful type of headache associated with throbbing pain, nausea and heightened sensitivity to light. Migraines can be triggered by stress, anxiety, sleep deprivation and hormonal changes.

Massage lavender or peppermint oil into the temples and back of neck to relieve migraine headaches and ease feelings of nausea and anxiety.

For a sinus headache, try using eucalyptus oil topically on the chest, top of nose and temples to open up the nasal passages and relieve sinus tension.

You can pick up the oils mentioned at iHerb who carries over 400 aromatherapy products!
