There's a new version 1.35 of Connect for Windows to represent digitizers as virtual MIDI ports. It sports some neat new features ! A mini configuration panel allows you to turn on/off sensor inputs, set the sampling interval, set the mode of operation, set muting and reset the digitizer. OSC output enables you to easily send sensor data to a slew of OSC-capable software programs and devices. Last but not least, Connect now allows you to convert any serial port into a virtual MIDI port. #opensoundcontrol #physicalcomputing #arduino

We've updated Connect to fix an issue with connecting to Wi-microDigs, and improved compatibility with EditorX. And now you can send OSC messages to your digitizer to control actuators, in addition to mapping your sensors to MIDI or OSC. Also works with Arduino ! #opensoundcontrol #physicalcomputing #arduino

We've (finally !) updated our Link software, now with calibration and graphical plotting features that should help you get a better insight in the sensor data. Of course, we got rid of some bugs and fixed a few user interface issues. Also, the workspace is now completely saved - it makes for an easy continuation from where you left it. #sensors   #OSC   #MIDI

Introducing .. the iCubino ! iCubinos are Arduino-compatible boards that can run our iCubino sketch. And since our Connect for MacOS software recognizes a device that's attached to the serial port if it speaks I-CubeX, so to say, iCubinos appear in the list of devices as an I-CubeX digitizer. Use our Shield to easily connect our sensors. All this is compatible with our existing software, so we're welcoming iCubino users to try out our software such as Link, SensePlay and I-CubeX plugins. #arduino   #physicalcomputing   #interactiondesign
