At a workshop in Vienna this week, developing countries that are starting a nuclear power programme are sharing information on their experiences and incorporating the lessons learned from the accident in Japan in the planning process.

This can be good, in my view !. But there is a need to address the issue of "Public Protection", as distinct from the Nuclear Industries, Containment focus !. The point about Japan, is that contaminants appear to have been more than a small spill, which could be cleared up, without major problems !
