Love love loveeee this company. Post grad neuroscience major so basically have no money and was devastated when my macbook air screen cracked. I could not afford a new comp and the apple store quoted me $500!! After much researching between me and my dad we found this company. What a lifesaver! Quick turnaround, affordable pricing, I literally have nothing bad to say.

Great service. The turn around time was 24 hours. I chose the over night return and paid extra for it. I shipped it using usps priority. They worked on it the same day they got it. I am very happy for iresq. Thank You!!!

My daughter dropped her iPad mini, shattering the glass screen. We found iResQ online and decided to try them as opposed to Apple because they were rated so highly and had much better prices. We mailed the iPad mini to them using the mailing option that we purchased with the service. The ipad arrived there, was repaired in 24 hours and sent out by overnight delivery, returning to us the same week. We thought we found a (very small) problem with the repair and they asked us to return it to them, at no added cost. We mailed it back to them on a Monday, they received it Tuesday and called immediately to go over the problem, which it turns out was not due to the repair, but due to the new,highly protective case we bought (to avoid future breaks due to falls). They put the ipad back in the mail and we had it around lunch time on Wednesday. The iPad works great, the service was excellent, reasonably priced and they clearly demonstrated a desire to provide the highest level of service quality. I would use them over and over again based on this experience, though I hope I never have to!

I cannot say enough good things about iResQ! I have used them for years for all my Mac products and EVERY experience has been EXCELLENT. Two times they have worked with Apple and got them to extend the warranty on my lap tops and saved me literally hundreds of dollars. Their turnaround time is equal to AppleCare, usually back one or two days after mailing it, and every repair has been perfect. My computer comes back looking and working like new. Plus their fees are more than reasonable. They are the best. I would not send my products to anyone else, and I recommend them to everyone I know with a Mac product.

I was initially dis-pleased with the lack of clarity with my macbook repair. And I let them know about my concerns. I was not expecting them to follow up on this, but I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back and clarified all my concerns. I'm happy with the work done on my macbook. It runs great now.

Hi Debashis, just wanted to reply and see if we can clear up some of the issues. We have a liquid repair attempt that is 250.00 for your model. This is an attempt that is all labor -- it is successful often but was not in your case. Your computer required the $599 more extensive logic board repair service. At that time when we contacted you, you should have been given the option to cancel all repairs if you did not wish to repair the logic board. I'm not sure if that was communicated well due to your feeling that you had no option but to approve the 599 charge. The logic board was first cleaned and then repaired upon your approval. It was not replaced so we wouldn't have the old logic board to give you or show you because it's still in your computer, but repaired now. When you were in our shop, it did not seem like you had a problem or complaint. Now that it is clear that you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us Monday and we can see about resolving your concerns. Thank you.

Not only did they do an excellent job replacing my LG G3 screen and digitizer, they also fulfilled my request to replace it using the gold frame and not the exact same black casing which makes the phone look ten times better. I don't know if I can recommend this company any higher, as I have used them before and referred others to get their devices repaired with them. A+++++++ company 10/10. Perfect experience!

I cracked the LCD screen of my 15" MacBook Pro w/ Retina Display. Going through Apple or any local repair company would have been $$$$. In fact, the local place that looked the most knowledgeable wouldn't even touch it and suggested I repair it via my homeowner's insurance. I use my computer for work mainly so I was desperate for the repair to be done quickly and correctly. After researching online, I found iResQ. They had the best reviews, and people consistently remarked at how speedy the repairs were done. Also, a big plus was being able to repair the type of computer I had. Unbeknownst to me, most places cannot complete this type of repair. The process for purchasing and starting the order was very simple. I chose to ship it myself, although in hindsight it would be a better deal to purchase iREsQ's shipping, but I was impatient due to the importance of my computer. I would suggest calling ahead to ensure someone will be there to receive your shipment. I believe due to time zone changes, my computer arrived to early for anyone to sign for it so overnight shipping money was a waste. It took a week for my computer to be repaired and I'm unsure why. Definitely longer than I anticipated, but after calling to check in with the process it was completed in the time promised to me. I am happy with the work done and I am not anticipating using their services again but if I have to, I will without hesitation.

I had ipad 2 and it was badly cracked and fortunately, i found groupon and gave me a good deal and i was very impressed how easy for me to stop by and they gave me next day and my ipad works well like new one. Now i know i will use this service if i have another cracked phone or ipad.
