I have now used iResQ three times and had outstanding service all three times. They worked very hard to get my wife her work phone done as quickly as possibly and yet ensure that everything was correct. They always answer the phone and emails when I wanted a status update on my phones.

I'm giving iResQ a 4/5 because though they excel in customer service, the company is seemingly having issues with quality control. I sent my Galaxy s5 in with a shattered screen & digitizer, and upgraded to overnight shipping. Roughly a week later I received the phone back, however the screen started separating from the phone body nearly as soon as I started using it. I emailed iResQ and they immediately sent me an overnight shipping label so I could resend in my phone for them to fix it. I sent the phone in on a Monday, and the following Monday (another full week) I received the phone back. Though the screen is much more secure this time, the corner of the phone is lifting up which impedes the lens of the camera. Rather than send my phone in AGAIN and have to wait ANOTHER week for its return, I just taped the edge of the phone down & am investing in a dust-proof case. It's frustrating to spend over $200 dollars to get your phone fixed, long wait times to get the phone back, just to find that it wasn't actually fixed correctly, and be forced to go through the process again. Truly, the saving grace of iResQ is the attentive customer service who got back to my concerns within 24hrs. As soon as iResQ gets better at quality control, I'm sure they'll be the best in the business.

I had fractured the LCD screen of my macbook pro and all of the local places near me were asking for upwards of $800 to repair it! So I took a chance and sent my macbook to Iresq after seeing they'd repair it for half that price. I just got it back and it's as good as new! I'm super satisfied and grateful to them fixing my computer!

My iPod classic and iPod nano both needed repair and iResQ repaired them. The nano power button was broken and the iPod classic wasnt syncing. The repair was fast and the price was very fair.

Had an old iPod mini that I wanted restored and these guys did a terrific job. Got an 8GB hard drive upgrade, battery upgrade, new LCD screen, heck even the hold button seems tighter now (so they must've fixed that up too or done something to it). These guys took an old nostalgic piece of tech, upgraded and restored it with a beastie new battery that holds a good charge etc. couldn't be happier, I now have my "brick-$#!#-house" iPod back and better than new. Will be a fun piece to pull out on occasional road trips with friends, and or when I just feel like listening to my music without possible interruption from phone calls, computer going to sleep mode, scratches on albums (which is why these were invented in the first place), etc... Shame they don't make 'em like this anymore. thanks iResQ!!! Next, time to restore my iPod classic...

Great, competent service. They've made it very simple. The free diagnostic is really a good feature. My aging, dropped-on-the-floor-during-airport-security-check Mac is back and good as new. Highly recommended.
