Today's letter: Fancy a family trip to the cemetery?
Having two small children, a significant chunk of my weekends is often spent finding various outdoor activities to keep young bodies and minds active. Saturdays normally involve nothing more exciting

Angelina Jolie: News or not?
The plight of Angelina Jolie split opinions yesterday over whether or not she was real “news”. Yes,  she is a celebrity, in a newspaper that avoids celebrity “gossip” and puts other celebrity articles

Today's editor's letter: "Is loathing a bad thing? Of your own party perhaps, but of opponents? Would a little loathing be better than the Pinky and Perky double act of David Cameron and Nick Clegg?"

Here is something that you might find interesting & I want ManU to get involved.

Cupcake Events Season is fast approaching. 12 major Care homes are now onboard & we are still in talks with more in and outside London.

We are looking for more Activities coordinators to represent their care homes and day centres. We currently have 7 activities coordinators onboard.

Football teams are welcome to join us. We want anything from ManU down to you school team.

Major department stores, supermarkets and shopping centres can join in as well.

If you think you have contact details that we might use, please forward them to us : bestcareruk@gmail.com

Feel free to forward to friends.

When my Best Man revealed on Tuesday he was getting married, the inevitable cheers went up on a round-robin email. Barely had my fingers left the keyboard, my own congratulatory message fired off,  wh

Today's editor's letter:

"Like so many of the other things in life that real pros make seem so simple – potting a snooker ball, cooking French fries, hitting an overhead smash, playing the drums – the reality is that speaking live to, or on, camera is far more difficult to master for most people, even print journalists, than one might think."

The Eighties were writ large again at Baroness Thatcher’s funeral – appropriate enough given that the old arguments have been rekindled, writes Stefano Hatfield.
