I got the car repaired under insurance. All fine. (VIN: MALCU41ULDM108334).

Then I got a call that car has no fuel from the service technician Yogender (9958211553). I said, ok, get 1-2 liters done. Now, I went to collect my car and was told that Rs. 500 worth of diesel has been bought from market in a can and filled in my car. When I enquired why 500 ( more than 9 liters), I was told that diesel car cant start in 1-2 liters of fuel and we took a call of 500 rs. I trusted and I was fine. I paid and when i went to collect the car. I realised that the car is in 'reserve sign'. There is limited fuel in the car and as per indicator not worth 9 liters.
So I called back the technician, who assured me that 500 rs was spent for fuel.

Since the car has a 43 liter fuel capacity and a reserve mark of 5-6 liters I was not convinced and called for the duty manager. The manager told me, we can take a can and a pipe, suck out diesel and thats it! When i objected to the vague explanatnation, I was told, it will take 4 hours, we will take out fuel tank and assure you. And everything was happening in a tone of mocking me for pointing out that there has been some misdeed.

I argued endlessly but what can a poor bloody customer with just one car do to a company which sells thousands in a month! So i came back with my teeth clenched and decided to write this email.

They showed me receipt of 500 rs for diesel bought, which has no validity since it does not have the car number and any such receipt can be procured from a pump (especially since the fuel station is next door to the service station).

I am not sure what your policies are, since you anyways sell so many cars and your dealers have the 'right' to loot the customers.

I have been looted and I need an answer!

To ensure better road grip, the depth of your car tyre treads should be 3-5mm for a comfortable drive. #MonsoonDrivingTips
